Let me start by saying that John is phenomenal and superb at what he does. I have never had a realtor work as hard as he did, to sell our home. He gave us honest advices on how to better upgrade our home so that it would not only sell for a better value, but also sell fast! Even though we were living in another city, he took the time out of his extremely busy schedule to oversee the repairs and upgrades done to our house. We appreciated how quickly he responded to texts and messages, which was a big deal for us as we liked to get things done asap; and he recommended contractors that were very reliable and affordable. He made it so easy for us and stress-free. We were blessed to have him as our realtor. Our home sold the same day it was put out on the market and sold at listed price, cash! Due to circumstances beyond my control, I found myself more than several months behind on my mortgage and facing certain foreclosure. Not knowing exactly what to do, I contacted John Hrisco & Associates. During an initial consultation with John, he explained to me the options available to me, and made the recommendations that were best suited for my particular situation. After some proper pre-listing prep and staging work that John recommended was done, we were ready to list the property. Even though, we were into what is considered the slower part of the year for real estate, John listed my property, received and negotiated a full list price offer, all within 24 hrs of listing it.
