Lily Alspaugh is an awesome real estate agent. I was impressed by the way she got the best deal. Since I had an excellent credit, she knew I had to have the lowest rate and monthly mortgage payments. The builder had its own lender, but Lily recommended another lender.The first lender wasnt happy about it and started to make better offers. Finally, I got a different lender with lower rate and monthly payments. Also, all the incentives. Lily continues to answer my questions and be a resource for me even though the deal is done. Lily is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She works for your best interest. She isnt afraid to share her opinion, even though it could cause screwing up a sale, she is there for YOU.
