Very pleased. Patty Gillian gave us good advice and priced the property to sell. The Lot was on the market for under a couple of months in a market that had been stagnant for a good while. Tesa Whitley has been extremely helpful and has always returned our calls promptly and gone the extra mile to help us out! We purchased some lots and she was the realtor selling them to us and we asked about looking at new homes for ideas on building on the lots. Knowing we were just looking at the construction she took an entire morning of her time and showed us homes of all types of construction and quality and then bought our lunch. She knows the different qualities of construction and is very knowledgeable of this area and what is available in every price range. We have listed some of the lots we purchased with Tesa at HSB One and she has been great at advertising them and negotiating on our behalf. I would highly recommend her for selling property or for helping you purchase propertyin Central Texas and Horseshoe Bay.
