Excellent buying and selling experience! Really appreciated the knowledgeable assistance and quick communications from Richard which helped us purchase our new home at a fair price. And the depth of data analysis he did was impressive in selling our old house for the best price possible. The attention to detail is amazing and the video and pictures he produced for selling the old house was top notch and got it sold in just three days! Couldnt have asked for any better. Unparalleled Service !In August 2017, my wife and I listed our home with Richard Eubanks; Home Team of North Texas. The value analysis, MLS listing, open house, and marketing material were exceptionally well done. Weve bought and sold multiple homes over the past 30 years. This experience was, by far, the best to date.Richard was very personable, caring, professional, and knowledgeable about his business. They sold a house for us and then helped us buy our new home, it was the easiest, stress free experience because they truly work for you and your benefit. Richard even wrote a letter of recommendation to the seller of the home we were buying to add that personal touch, additionally he went above and beyond by doing extra work for the other agent who was out of town during most of our negotiations for purchase. When we moved to Gainesville, TX from Colorado I was so glad I made contact with Richard to be my real estate agent. He was so responsive and treated the whole process of looking for a new home and purchasing the home we selected as if he was helping his own family. I really did feel like he was family after working with him. He helped me from long distance and set up touring homes when I could come into town. I felt like there was nothing I needed to worry about with him taking care of everything. He never left me hanging and was always available to me.
