This guy Cody Winters is really a stand up guy. I called him and we met over at my dad’s house which I was needing to sell ASAP. He looked at everything and asked what I was wanting for the house.I gave him my price and he immediately said well that sounds fair. I believe this was on Tuesday and he said we could close on it on Friday. I was totally surprised and started thinking this is too good to be true but the Title Company called me and set up an appointment for me to come in. I was really pleasantly shocked. I got my money that following Monday only because we had to wait for the paperwork from my sister to get here.Cody is an extremely nice guy who does what he says he will do, no games, no trying to play you.I would definitely refer anyone with a house to sell to him and know it’s going to be right on with the money and his reputation, I can guarantee you will absolutely feel well taken care of by him.I definitely feel he was more than fair with me.So if you ever need to sell a house quickly and to know that you’re going to be treated fairly call Cody Winters at High Plains House Investors, you’ll be glad you did. -

I made one phone call Cody called me right back, we met one time, (super nice guy) and I showed him the place, he made an offer, I made a counter offer, just like that, the deal was done, a few days later the money was in my bank account, he took care of everything, all I did was sign closing documents. I inherited my moms home when she was lost to covid. I live on disability, and this home was seeming to be more of a curse, then a blessing. Ill explain...A home built in 1973, with no updates. Plus, bless mamas heart, she was a hoarder as was her deceased husband and my ex.I have been fighting to live for fourteen years, and my inability to do everything it would take to get the home ready to put on the market, as well as not being able to afford the help get it ready to do that.After being offered less than acceptable offers for my home and being very frustrated, I heard Codys commercial on the radio. I pulled over and called the number, and talked to a person, not a voice-mail! 🤯Thirty minutes later I was talking to Cody. He came by the house and I showed it to him. He offered me what I was willing to take...what a coincidence.Cody sent me some earnest money, and the deal was closed before I knew it. He was very professional, and has been saintly granting me extra time to vacate the property after injuring myself and not being able to do much, at all.I truly value a man of his integrity and calming spirit.
