My wife and I decided to sell our condo recently. My friend referred us to Gulay. Gulay was above and beyond; very responsive, dedicated and attentive to detail. She held multiple open houses on the weekends during our propertys listing and immediately communicated with my wife and I during and after each one. She also provided good advice in terms of negotiating and helped us with viewing other potential homes we had been interested in seeing. Gulay kept her nose to the grindstone throughout the whole process, and our property sold pretty quickly, especially considering the current real estate markets position. Update!This is twice now — twice — Gulay has done what I thought would be impossible!(We sold our first home with Gulay in 2019 in Avery Ranch — There should be a review posted in the history.)Due to health reasons, we had to sell our beautiful custom build. It was supposed to be our forever home. It was supposed to be the place our daughter would come home to, the place her children would come and visit. So when we finally came to the realization that we had to leave — I was heartbroken.I thought we’d have time to landscape more, plant more trees, build a beautiful outdoor kitchen. There was still so much to do — I was certain the house wouldn’t be able to compete.Gulay offered advice on what to highlight, what to finish, and what to leave. And her advice was spot on! Once again, we had multiple offers within a week, above competitive market asking price.You’d think she’d be done there — No — She went above and beyond to find us a great realtor out of state as well!Can’t say it enough — TY, Gulay!

I can’t tell you how happy we are! Gulay is amazing!We were so frustrated with realtors, we were going to sell our home ourselves. Our neighbor recommended Gulay to us before she moved. So as a favor, we said we’d talk to her.First of all, she came to meet us for a coffee prepared with comps and market research on our home ALREADY done! She didn’t push, she didn’t try to sell us on a why we should work with her … she just gave us simple straight answers and gave us the time and freedom to think about the situation.I have some medical, and my husband has some medical, so keeping our stress levels managed is crucial. She said she could make that happen.Then she referred us to Micheal Brandt at Benchmark since we were also having frustrations with our current lender on the new home we were finishing up.
