We met Scott after being contacted by dozens and dozens of people claiming to be able to help us, only to not follow through. Scott was super knowledgeable, very personable and went above and beyond to make sure we were informed and up to date on all the ins and outs of the process. Scott was also very helpful in advising us when it looked like he could not ultimately complete the sale due to things outside of his and our control. Even after our formal business was concluded Scott helped us develop an idea of what conditions were needed and responded to help until we did get our house sold. Scott is vet friendly and extremely trustworthy. I highly recommend Tight Spot and Scott! You won’t be disappointed.

Since day one, my experience with Scott has been nothing but exceptional! By no means is he like all the other “investors” out there, he’s not pushy, aggressive, and he doesn’t apply any pressure like other investors I’ve dealt with. Scott took the time to actually listen, he asked questions about my situation that I hadn’t thought of before, he’s very insightful. He actually took the time to educate me too, that was a first! My impression of Scott is that he’s truly genuine, not here to take advantage of anyone but rather ensure you’re actually being taken care of.
