I found Robert with Goodspeed Inspection after having a bad experience with another local company. I decided to research my options and narrowed it down to two choices. I chose Robert because of his experience, local location and positive reviews. I was able to use his website to set up my appointment. He had availability on the exact day I was looking for and I felt his prices were reasonable and in competitive with the other rates I had seen while researching. I was able to pay online with my credit card which was pretty easy.I was not present for the inspection but I received the report the same day which is impressive. It was 100+ pages and very detailed. I appreciated the arrows in the pictures and the videos. Robert found a few issues that he recommended that we call a specialist out to double check. Thanks to his insight, we called a foundation specialist. We were relieved to find there was no issues, but I thought Robert did a great job of steering us through the process.We asked the sellers to fix a few things and the sellers loved the videos too.Robert called me the next day to follow up and spent over 30 minutes going over the report, explaining the findings and answering all my questions. He genuinely cares and its just a good person all around. I so happy to have found him and recommend him 100%.

Robert does a great inspection. He provides the info you need to make a decision, with a really balanced perspective. Also, his report is super thorough with lots of good pictures and clear explanations. He also has a pest control company, so his wood destroying insect inspection is probably better informed than most. He is also punctual and friendly.Ill call Robert again if I need another property inspected. Five stars, for sure.

I found Robert to be fair in pricing, responsive and thorough with his inspection reports. Good at giving an overview prior to sending his extensive report, which always covered everything....even the things I didnt know or think about. Highly recommend.
