She and her team (Tay and Doris) literally breathed new life into a large, 30-year-old home by introducing modern design elements. With Lisa, no stone gets left unturned. Her attention to detail is impressive and evident in her designs. Most importantly, she stages homes to maximize their value in the current market. I honestly believe she added at least 5% to the sales price of my home.Second, Lisa and her team furnished and decorated my new townhome from scratch. Lisa with FlyGirl Home Staging did a fantastic job staging our home! She was able to use the majority of our furniture by just moving pieces around from one room to another to make it all work. Lisa was very specific about what needed to be packed and stored and what could be used. She brought pretty florals in and other accessories to brighten the rooms and make them feel and look more current. The outside area was staged too and looks great! When our realtor came over with her comps to discuss what we should list our house at, after walking in and looking around, she said she was throwing the comps out and starting over because everything looked so amazing. We were thrilled when the realtor said she was listing our home for way more than we thought. I told my husband that it looked so nice now that it would be okay if it didn’t sell right away. Lisa is the best in what she does. She actually cares. I used her services to decorate my man cave home from top to bottom. I told her what I was looking for. Gave her the budget, key and credit card and I was in no hurry. She way exceeded my expectations. Came in way under budget too.Look, if I had done this without her it would have looked like WalMart.I highly recommend Lisa and her staff. Price is reasonable and service is over the top.
