We were given a referral to Flat Fee Susie by a friend. In summary, we would highly recommend this company to help you sell your home. Assuming a more involved role in selling your home is not for everyone, but for those willing to manage the showings, conduct your own open house, and be more involved in the contract process, Flat Fee Susie is for you. We really could not imagine being less involved even if we had contracted a conventional broker. So the savings were huge, rewarding ourselves for the time and effort. We chose the Full Service Service package with lockbox and sign. There are other minor fees at closing reimbursable to Flat Fee Susie, but the Full Service Package was worth every penny and then some. We had multiple offers to navigate, and Susanne was very responsive and very experienced, patiently guiding and advising us through every part of the process. If I sell again, no question to who I turn!
