Alan is an amazing realtor and the best weve ever worked with. He helped us research homes from half a country away when the military moved us back to San Antonio. He made the process so smooth and seamless it felt almost like magic. When the military moved us again, he found us a great property manager to rent out and care for our home until we could return to it. We reached out to him again when we decided not to move back. Theres no one else we would have trusted to help us sell our home. Id have flown him up to VA to help us buy our new home if I could, but he did the next best thing and hooked us up to another great agent. Without Alan, wed be paying two mortgages in separate states, and our SA home would either still be on the market or under repairs instead of in the hands of a loving new family. Alan is more than just an amazing realtor, hes an amazing friend, and hell always be the first one we reach out to if we need help with real estate.

We met with Alan as a preliminary meeting to see what our house would sell for. Even though the move was only a possibility, he had no qualms about meeting with us. He sends us home valuation reports routinely, checks in to see how things are going with the potential move, and is at the ready to “hit go” whenever it’s time! He treats each of his clients like they are the most important one, and he somehow manages to maintain a spirit of professionalism, while also being down-to-Earth and friendly!
