I called six home buyers companies after I decided to sell my home. Two of them never returned my call but the other four were friendly and I had a good conversation will all of them. I told them all that I was talking to other investors like them and they understood. All four came to visit me and look at the house and they all gave me an offer. Since they were all cash offers it was easy to accept the highest one. There was only $7700 difference between the high and the low offers. I liked this company and the people and they did what they said they would.

I inherited a very old house that was not in the best condition. I started fixing up and quickly realized how quickly money and time run out when you try to fix up an old house. The interior walls were old and the plaster was damaged in many places and all the pipes were 80 years old. I was very happy to sell this house to give cash home buyers and get cash
