Allie is fantastic and was willing to go above and beyond for us. My husband and I were out of the country during our home search and she would tour the homes, video chat with us, and send a wall-through video so we could look back at it, as well. She’s always quick to respond and willing to help negotiate. She’s was able to negotiate for us and help us get into a home for the price we wanted. I will absolutely work with her again and highly recommend her! I’ve worked with many realtors and Allie is, by far, the best! Thank you Allie!

Allie was pleasant to work with. She helped us with looking for new homes in a new city and showing us those homes. One thing I wish that would have been different was the fact we needed to purchase on contingency yet however some builders we viewed did not offer this option and was wasted time for us coming in from another city with one weekend to find a home. However, Allie was diligent in her follow ups and fairly knowledgeable. She was patient with our process as we were selling n a home in another city. She did get us a house closing gift yet unfortunately most items were expired inside. That was unfortunate after purchasing a half a million dollar home.

We were approached by Allie after inquiring online with mortgage rates. She was very helpful with getting us started with the buying process after having stopped looking for a little bit. She helped us get a mortgage lender and a title company squared away quickly.We were looking for someone who could help us through each step as we were new to the home buying process. She helped us keep on track and the contacts she had were perfect with communicating everything that was needed so the buying process went super smooth. There were not really any setbacks for the process and we found our home very quickly.I would say if you are looking for someone super hands on and ready to answer any question you have, she is the one for you. She was thorough and made sure that you never felt lost in the process.
