Doug handled every facet of the sale of our home with nothing but professionalism. He is an awesome communicator and very transparent. He was calculated and strategically made moves to assist in the smooth transaction of our home. He is the one and only realtor we will ever use. Hes honest and upfront and gives great advice during the process. Paperwork was always sent back and forth to get signed immediately without delay. Hes a top notch professional. Nobody compares to the DFW Real Estate Man.

We were relocating from out of state to the North Dallas area and did not know a thing about where to live. We were wanting to find a good neighborhood for our children with excellent schools, as well as being close to my husbands work and the airport. Doug Shanahan helped us find the perfect town and neighborhood for our family (Flower Mound TX) He listened to my exact wants and needs (and there were a lot!), and went above and beyond to show us homes. He would even face-time me to show me houses if I could not be there in person to look at it. The level of service and commitment did not stop after we bought the house either. After we moved in, he and his wife Lauren have given us many referrals for contractors, landscapers, pediatricians and even babysitters. They have invited us out to meet some of the people that live in our area and have checked in on us many times.
