I happened to stumble across Reggie Donaldson by searching for a rental property in a whim since my landlord was selling his home. I wasnt looking for a realtor, just wanted to contact him about this home; however, when I met him he was very attentive and we both looked at many houses. He was very responsive and professional and I truly thank him for working with me to find a lease home in my neighborhood that I wanted to stay in. Let me preface this by saying that Im a licensed home inspector and have not used Donna in a real estate transaction myself yet. I write this review from my many experiences with her as a professional working with her clients. Donna, has a focus on protecting her clients something I dont see enough from many agents I work with. She follows a good process that has her always looking forward to the next step, thus keeping the transaction moving smoothly. She is very communicative and regularly asks great questions that help her clients get even more of the information that they need. She is also very professional while having a friendly attitude. Shes been a blessing to work with over the last few years. All of this just confirms her high level of experience. I highly recommend Donna to first time home buyers and sellers and those who are more experienced.

Wow- I cannot imagine the home buying process being more smooth than with Donna on our side. Even though we were trying to buy a home in the crazy Austin market from another town, even though we were brand new home buyers with zero experience, even though the seller’s realtor (not Donna) threw some wacky wrenches in, Donna really made everything work out perfectly. She’s not only so so knowledgeable but kind, patient, and so focused on making sure you are happy with your new home purchase. She has personal touches to the process that were so appreciated and she was great with my daughter (who loved sitting with “Auntie Donna” during that title signing bit at the end). She gave invaluable recommendations along the way and our family just really can’t thank Donna enough. RUN don’t walk to Donna for any of your housing needs! She deserves so many more than just 5 stars!!!

I can’t say happy I am that Donna helped us with our first home buying experience. She was patient, knowledgeable, and reliable throughout the entire process. Being a first time home buyer is scary but, having Donna by your side you can expect a smooth experience from start to finish. We are so grateful she helped us find our dream home❤️ We put an offer on our home first day it came on the market and they accepted next day! 30 days later we were moving in.
