We were first time in the States relocating on an inter-company transfer request. We were already assigned a realtor from the relocating company to support the settling in Houston. However, we didn’t get many options to make decision plus that we could not always contact the realtor for better understanding of the location and/or the buying process. We were also under the pressure to find a permanent place to stay so could register the kids to school and to save from hotel livings, a bit desperate for any chance we could talk to the realtor.We bumped into Denise one day at one of the Open Houses that we decided to go in ourselves. Denise was a friendly and patient host and has great knowledge of the surrounding area. When hearing our needs and was so helpful sending us lots of listings and analyses based on our requirements and budget for our comparison and visit. She also helped negotiating prices of the houses with her solid background about the location, school districts, builders, accessibility to essential facilities, etc. all were done as if she was the person who was in the hurry, not us. When the deal stroke, Denise was also very instrumental in explaining the title transfer procedures and suggesting services and people we needed for the new house, whether it’s an inspector, an insurer, an affordable hotel near the house while waiting for closure, an electricity plan, a re-keying smith, etc. Anything I needed, she had a person, a guideline or a list of options for it. I was so lucky to have chosen Denise as my realtor. Her greatest asset, beside her excellent knowledge about the location, the profession, and the procedure, is the sensitivity she has for her client’s needs and the willingness to reach our further to help. Denise was instrumental in finding our perfect home. I felt like I was Denises only client from start to finish (even though I know this wasnt so.) If I had a question, she answered it immediately. If I wanted to look at a property at an odd hour or even immediately that was accommodated also. When listing our property, Denise guided us with her knowledge and ideas but also let me take the lead when I felt I knew what our asking price should be. I believe one of Denises greatest assets is the people and services she surrounds herself with. You need a good inspector? Someone to fix those many little things an inspector finds? Denise has a guy for that. I was impressed with all of those guys. Thanks Denise for making all of it seamless and becoming a life long friend!

Denise was helping us look for a new home, but due to our own circumstances we were not able to finish the process. She continues to keep us informed on new properties that she thinks we maybe interested in. She was very responsive and did research on all the properties she presented to us and even researched properties that we looked at and made sure all the hidden items were checked (i.e. Flood plain status, and issues with the house, etc.). She is a great realtor and treated us like family. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs. She always has her clients wishes and happiness in mind.

I am giving Denise a 5 Star rating because of the excellent job she did as my realtor. For months she sent me listings after listings until I found the house we wanted. I would recommend her as one of the top realtors around. She was always available for me when I had questions throughout the process and closing went smoothly . In what turned out to be a very challenging transaction, Denise worked incredibly hard and always had my best interests at heartand made process very smooth. She communicated regularly, kept me apprised of every development and went out of her way to advocate for me with buyer, always available if have any questions understand my wife need of a house we end up with a beautiful home . This review is long overdue - Denise helped me purchase my home in 2018. She was wonderful during that process. Very patient and helped me through the process every step of the way. The truly remarkable thing though, is that three years later, she is still supporting me in the art of being a homeowner! She sends helpful reminders, and I recently posted on Facebook about water pouring out of my ceiling and she immediately contacted me to see if I needed a plumber reference. Lucky to have been able to work with her and consider her a trusted friend as well!
