We are very pleased with Dekell and all the work he put into with our home buying/selling process. He sold our home and then helped us find and build our forever home! We had a couple unexpected issues that were totally out of our control and Dekell really helped take away the stress of those situations. He was there for the whole home building process and answered all of our crazy questions no matter what they were! Hopefully we are in our forever home but if we do need a realtor in the future we will definitely be using him again.

Dekell is a great realtor. Excellent communication, negotiating skills which is extremely hard to find these days. Always call you back in a timely matter. Dekell recently sold my house and i really wish i had on my new purchase out of state. Dekell is gonna straight with you about everything, even if the truth hurts at times. I was abld to sell my house more than the 2 houses on the same street as mine. His negotiating skills were on point with sale. Hes not pushes and treat his client like family and not a number. I definitely recommend giving him a opportunity to sell your property with A+ serivce.

He did significant analysis to determine the right selling price, then lined up pictures and videos to show our home to prospective buyers. We got an offer in less than a week, much of it was due to establishing the right price and helping us prepare the house. De’Kell was also very patient as we searched for new home. I would highly recommend De’Kell for anyone buying or selling in the DFW metroplex.
