David is an incredible realtor that will always try to get you a better deal. My husband and I bought a new construction home and David helped us negotiate the price from the start and get a couple of free things from the builder including a fridge which they usually don’t include in new construction homes. He is transparent and will always keep you up to date to any news from the seller. I definitely recommend David Thelen Group.
