    In 2009, my husband & I were in the market to find our first home. The journey began with a realtor (who will remain nameless) that we werent pleased with. My grandmother recommended that we use David Beckham because he was able to sell her home (when several previous realtors could not) and then helped her find the ideal condo. From day one, we knew that David Beckham was the right person for the job. He was kind, courteous and patient with my husband and I throughout the entire process. Not to mention, it is hard to find a person with his work ethic these days. With Davids guidance, we were able to find and purchase the perfect starter house.After eight wonderful years at that home, we were in need of more space & called up David Beckham. It took David a total of THIRTEEN days to sell our existing home!!! Additionally, David was by our side doing everything within his power to make sure that we found the new home of our dreams, which WE DID!! Thanks for all of your hard work, David!!

    We moved to Alexandria in 2014 from out of town. David Beckham was extremely helpful in helping us build a house. We were not familiar with the market and was going to build a house that was not a good fit for the market. David called me and recommended that I change the style so resale would be easier and gave me the numbers to local builders in the area. We changed the plans and was very pleased with the builder recommended by David. The house was built on time, and budget and David worked diligently with us and the builder to make it happen. We moved from Alexandria this year and used him again. He came to our house and helped us get the house ready for showing. The house was sold within 1 month, and David kept me up to date throughout the process. I trust, and I highly recommend David Beckham.

    David Beckham was the best realtor me and my wife had without a doubt. It took me and my wife two years of searching and going through multiple realtors. I am very big on responsiveness to clients and standing behind what you say you will do, and out of of everyone we had David was on top of it from day one.     To say I was pleased to have David as my realtor would be an understatement! When my husband and I began this process, I was in the Alexandria area but my husband was away for work. David worked with him over the phone to figure out what we wanted in a home and set up meeting times so we could hit the ground running when my husband returned. David then scheduled multiple showings of homes that fit our criteria while working around our busy schedules. When we found our dream home, David made the process easy for us. His recommendations on offers, inspections, and appraisals were invaluable. But David didnt stop after we signed. If we needed work done at our house, David would send a list of licensed professionals in the area that we could contact. Buying a home, especially your first home, can be stressful.     After my father’s death, I was selling the house he and my mother had lived in for 47 years. Their home was in Louisiana and I was in Texas. My husband and I interviewed several realtors and chose David Beckham for his professionalism, expertise, and knowledge.David did not answer my phone calls, emails, and texts within days or even hours. Almost always, it was MINUTES!!! It may have been a text saying, “I am with a client. I will get back to you soon.” I so appreciated his promptness in getting back to a client that was 400 miles away!THREE days after the sign went into the yard, we had a full asking price contract on the house! David walked my husband and I through the offer line by line. He then arranged for all the tradesmen that needed to enter the house for small repairs and cleaning.     David is a top notch realtor! He was very professional and courteous with us when we listed our house with him. We really appreciated the amount of communication that we received from David. Any and every time we called, David returned our calls promptly. We had glitch with some land adjacent to us and David pushed through to get it corrected even when one attorney he spoke with said it was really hard to get done. That didn’t stop him, he just found someone else that told him how it needed to be done and he got it done! You will not be disappointed if you hire David as your realtor.     We had our house on the market for 6 months with a big name company in Alexandria. Regardless of having over 100 agents they couldnt seem to get our house sold. Once the contract ended we called David Beckham with Realty Executives of Alexandria. To say he is a great agent would be an understatement. He was a dang miracle worker. David got a buyer for our house within 5 days! If you want someone who is professional, does real estate everyday for a living, works their butt off and cares about your best interest over his....then David needs to be your agent.     No words can describe how appreciative I am of what David has done for me and my house buying/selling experience. I was a first time house buyer moving from NC to LA for my job. I got in contact with David through Zillow. David not only had the knowledge of an experienced realtor who new the area and the marking, but also treated me like family. He was always able to answer any and every question I had and to settle my nerves or when I wasnt sure what to do next. I was able to purchase my home from start to finish in less than a month. Unfortunately 8 months later my job once again had me moving. David once again saved the day and we were able to sell the house for a profit in less than a month. If you are buying/selling a house I would not recommend anyone else, his knowledge, experience, connections, honesty, and the way he treats people is beyond expectations of any realtor.

    2017- ONCE AGAIN::: My husband and I had the opportunity to work with David Beckham. We said years ago that we would choose no other and, when it was time to sell our home, we knew just where to go. We have been truly blessed to have David in our corner. The same day we were listing the home, we ended up under contract. David was beside us EVERY step of the way. Not once did I have to question if he was being completely straight forward. Positive or negative, you know exactly where you are and where you need to be to make it happen. The man is more dedicated than any I have dealt with. There were even times I found myself telling him he needed to go rest. But not once did he stop working for us. He kept me completely on track and closed on our home flawlessly. If he was tied up with another, his wife Mandi was readily available. This team is truly a match made in heaven!! We are now on our next venture of building our forever home.
