She was very accommodating and thorough when reviewing paperwork. She did an excellent job at communicating details to us and educating us on the broad terminology used in selling and buying a home. From sending additional information and documents to appraisals, banks and title companies to answering our every phone call, anytime day or night!! Danyell was beyond amazing. We were buying a home while living quite a distance away and she went above and beyond to help us find what we need. Weve bought homes before and always felt the realtor was out for themselves/ the bottom line. Danyell showed us how it was actually supposed to be. She had our back the whole way. She was honest, diligent, personable, and just plain real. Her recommendations were always spot on and as we worked with her more we found ourselves asking her advice on everything from inspection recommendations, mortgage companies, and even her recommendation on who to work with in our area to sell our home. She fought for us on numerous occasions (even when we didnt know we should be fighting for ourselves). In the end she saved us tens of thousands, she found us a home, and she became an example of the kind of person we should associate with and be ourselves.
