We moved to Waco in July 2023 for my husbands job. Dana came highly recommended by those assisting us with relocating. She brought extensive knowledge of the areas surrounding Waco and the school systems. I cant say enough about what a resource Dana has been for us. We worked with her on purchasing two different properties. We most recently closed on our new house and shes been there every step of the way. She is a great communicator who continues to follow up and provide assistance, even after weve closed. We have worked with quite a few relators in the past and Dana is one of the few to go above and beyond. Shes always ready to help and takes great care of her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for real estate and in need of an outstanding realtor.

I recently had the privilege of working with Dana Mitchell with Caldwell Banker. And even though she was referred, (I think sometimes referrals do more, just because theyre referred) , that didnt seem to be what drove her. Dana puts her client first. If she cant make an appointment or fulfill a request, she explains why she cant do it right then; and then meets your request when available.
