My selling situation was different than most, and he handled each negotiation on my behalf perfect. Cody was able to work through multiple tough situations like a pro. Cody is the BEST & deserves more than 5 stars! He truly goes above and beyond with his clients. We are older and were wanting to downsize to a 55+ community. Cody helped me every single step of the way and kept me on track throughout the entire process. He found our dream home an helped us put in a contract on new construction. He guided me thru an Estate Sale process, then the sale of our home and finally the close on our new home. Selling your home or buying a new home can be one of the most stressful events in your life but Cody makes it as stress free as possible. He is an amazing realtor and human.

Amazing realtor. Cody went out of his way to make things easy and work around our extremely crazy schedules as teachers and coaches. Would often times have to show up at our house after 9 PM to get something signed or go over things with us. He was always there for us, walking us thru the every detail of the process. Got us on the market and with offers in a day. Always upfront with us and didnt just tell us things we wanted to hear, which is exactly how we asked things to be.
