My family would highly recommend Melissa Summers of Country Roots Reality. We were experiencing a move from out of state and the transition was completely seamless. Melissa even provided options for home inspectors, a full list of utilities and services in the area, and tips & tricks for moving into our new home! Also, as a 100% disabled veteran, Melissa continued her support (long after closing) by providing me the regulations to assist in my county and state benefits. She is truly a blessing! We are grateful for all her due diligence and commitment to excellence!

Melissa is WONDERFUL!! She went above and beyond to get me in my new home. Being a single mother of 3 kids that works a crazy night shift schedule, there is no way I could have done it without her. This was not an easy process, there were so many ups and downs, and several times we thought our dream home would stay a dream and not a reality, but through it all, Melissa was steadfast in our corner. She was diligent in communication, covered all the bases with paper work to protect us, and went above and beyond answering questions about everything from the purchasing process to recommendations for a photographer to take family photos. Melissa was incredible to deal with. Always prompt when I asked questions and did the research on the houses I looked at online. Saved me from buying a place that had restrictions not listed in the real estate listing. After a lot of searching, finally found a place but I had already left the state so she did a virtual walkthrough with me and we proceeded with the purchase. Very happy with the whole process with her help! Can’t say enough good things about her in this process. She wasn’t trying to sell a house but find the right one for you.
