Jeff and Michelle Collins were the perfect real estate agents. From the first time we spoke with them, they reassurred us that they would get our house sold quickly and for a good price and that is exactly what they did. They were available any time we called them. We felt reassurred that they were handling everything with expertise and a keen knowledge of their business. We didnt have to worry about a thing. They went above and beyond taking care of some things in our house and reassurring us that we wouldnt have to do a complete rehaul to our little old house. Jeff and Michelle are simply the best. They always go above and beyond to help and fight for you every step of the way. Let me list some of the example but first Ill give you some background. We had to purchase our house remotely because we are living abroad at the moment. Even with the time zone challenge and also all of the remote viewings Jeff and Michelle were there to help1. They personally went to all of the open houses we asked them to go to and walked through on the phone with us room by room. Talking us though what they saw and what their general feel was. Im certain not all Agents take the extra time to do this2. They set up specific searches for us because we were unsure on what area we wanted to live in and helped us narrow down our search.3. Upon putting a bid on a house during the option period they helped coordinate all the inspections and took the time to explain to us everything on the inspection report4. When negotiating the terms of the sale they helped negotiate everything we asked for and negotiated fairly but fiercely for us.5 After closing on the house the previous owners had us lease back to them and during that time period the A/C broke so Jeff and Michelle went above and beyond again helping us resolve that issue.I could go on and on but simply put they treated us as friends/family and were there for us every step of the way. I cannot express my thanks and gratitude enough and highly recommend them and their team.
