In a sea of options when it comes to realtors, Colletta stands out as an experienced, dedicated, and passionate realtor. After our offer was accepted for our home, she helped us negotiate terms and leverage a deal with our seller that we never thought we could get (but we did)! We got the best deal possible because of Colletta!She was great about communicating with the sellers agent, our lender, and multiple contractors that came out to inspect our property. She kept us updated and educated us throughout the entire home buying process. Colletta is a the best of the best. She came into my life when I needed her the most. She helped me navigate through the home buying process while also giving me support during the loan process. I had to switch lenders a few days before closing and having Colletta there with me throughout the process made it more easier to navigate! I am a VA lender and most builders didnt want to work with VA but Colletta found a builder that was willing to work with us even when it meant standing in line for hours in this Texas heat or calling none stop. Colleta Harper is the truth. She gave us realistic expectations of the market. She took all of our must haves and wants in to consideration when finding homes for us. She even went to the extent of looking at a house for us while we were out of town and FaceTime’d us so we did not miss any opportunity in this hot market. Not only did we find our lifetime realtor but we also found a lifetime friend. Our family has found the perfect home and we would not have been able to do so without Colletta!
