Where do I begin.... I was given Mrs Colleens information by an associate of my daughter. First conversation she was welcoming and very informative. That eased the fears I had of the home buying process. Well within a few days I received a statement that was not so welcoming and I was going to give up. Mrs Colleen talked to me, shared some of here experiences with a similar situation; but what she did after wowed me. She prayed for me! I was in tears. I knew she was the realtor for me. Throughout this process Im sure I havent been the easiest. And I know Ive asked a lot of questions, but Mrs Colleen has provided the answers and has even made contact with other parties to verify and in some case check them..lol. The last home I looked at and now purchasing, I had that mine feeling. Again she stepped up and prayed for me. We stood in the kitchen and she prayed. I definitely recommend her to all looking.
