The perfect experience with Romy Brewer! As a first time seller, I could not have asked for a better team to work with than Coldwell. Romy was recommended to me by multiple co-workers and I now see why. Through selling a house while living away and dealing with the pandemic, communication was constant and effective. Romy answered all of my questions and offered her expert advise on every step. House sold fast and at a higher value!

Our realtor, Zoe Gottlich, is excellent. We were selling my parents home and did not live in the same state, which is challenging. She had interested buyers within a short time after listing. She took care of so many things for us, kept us updated, got back to us quickly when we had questions. Highly recommend.

Elena Flores was amazing, she worked all the time on the sale of our house even on the weekends. No matter our questions she always found the answers. We really believe she went out of her way to get us the best price and she really believed in our property as we did. We talked to another realtor and that person told us to bad this house isn’t over off alameda then she could go for the price we wanted and that was lower than we started with Elena. Elena encouraged us throughout the whole process even when we were getting a bit discouraged. Absolutely fantastic, we couldn’t thank her enough.
