Andy Smith and Team are very experienced, professional and treat us just like family! Andy helped us find our home about 2.5 years ago when we transferred in from Travis AFB, California to Lackland AFB TX. He always invites us to his client appreciation events which are really fun by the way. Recently, I contacted Andy to ask him if he could contact the previous owner of the home to find out which roofing company installed a new roof on our home back in 2015 as we are seeing water damage in the walls. Andy answered me within the hour and told me he would be contacting the previous owner to find out. Andy was able to give me an answer within 24 hours and now the roofing company is coming out on Wednesday free of charge as their labor is warranted for 10 years and transferrable!
