It was a wonderful experience working with Claudia. She took care of whatever needed to be done for us. She recommended contractors and hired them to do the work that needed to be done. This was a big help for us since we do not reside in Ardmore. We sent checks to her to pay the contractors. She texted and emailed pictures to us as needed for insurance purposes. Overall, Claudia did a fabulous job selling our property.

Lisa Riggle is not your average realtor. She truly cares about what will be best for you and your family. We listed 2 homes for sale AND purchased a home all at the same time. Lisa effectively handled all 3 contracts and worked continually with the other realtors and closing companies to keep the process as smooth for us as possible. When problems arose during closings, she exhausted resources and spent hours contacting specialists until all issues were resolved. With Lisa, you will not only have a great realtor, you will have someone in your corner to ensure you receive the best outcome, to keep your nerves calm, and remain knowledgeable through the entire process!

First the good. Claudia is by far the most experienced realtor in the city of Ardmore and knows the business probably better than anyone else. I came to Claudia after having had very poor service/results from a different realtor. I had already moved out of state, but was back in town for a few days, and she made time to meet with me at the last minute, after I cancelled my contract with the first agent. I appreciated her actually telling me what needed to be done to sell the house (touch-up paint, staging, etc.) rather than just tell me I could do whatever I wanted. I also appreciated that, with me already out of town, she coordinated the details of getting the house ready to sell, such as finding a handyman who could do the paint job at a very reasonable price, and representing me at closing. The house sold about 2 weeks after being on the market, which was a huge relief after having moved 900 miles away.Now, the reasons why I couldn’t give 5-stars:1.) With any realtor, their incentive is not to get you the most money possible. Their incentive is to sell the house as quickly as possible with as least work as possible. That’s the feeling I was getting when discussing price with Claudia. She initially proposed what I felt was a very “low-ball” price based only on the average per square foot price of other sales in the Ardmore. This did not take into account any other factors, such as the house being almost new, it being in a very desirable location, or other enhancements. I talked her up by about $20K, and in the end the house still sold quickly for almost the full asking price. Had it not been mid-summer by the time I came to her, and had I not already been out of state, I’m sure the house could have sold for even more.2.) When we had an Offer, and were in the negotiating stage, I would have liked Claudia to talk me through the different options (do we take it, make a counter offer, etc.) and have her offer her experience on what other clients had done to help us get the most we could for the house. Instead, I felt that she was just telling me what the buyers were offering, and leaving it to me what I want to do.3.) During the negotiating stage there was one point where I was not able to respond to a text message immediately, and she communicated to the buyers agent something that would not have been my intent.4.) In the Offer there was a note saying that the buyers were related to her, and she never once offered to explain it to me. Again, I was looking for her to make effort to talk through it with me, but what I felt I got was, “here it is, tell me what you want to do.”So, I guess to sum it up, Claudia did sell my house, but there were times that I felt more like a number than a name, and I was never sure that she really wanted to get us the most we could. To top it off, her gift to us afterwards was not something that would be of use, but it was a cutting board with her name and number and dish towel that looked like it was a re-gift from someone who grew up in the Depression.
