I give Chris 5 stars for his professionalism and knowledge in real estate. Our builder was a nightmare, in a span of 8 months we had 3 different builders and a price increase. He helped us navigate and communicate this situation like an expert. He encouraged us to hang in there and that our house would be worth more once the purchase was complete. So glad we listened to him and had him in our new build process!The sale of our old house was handled professionally and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Chris!

Chris was the BEST realtor! He listened to our needs and concerns and never pushed us beyond our comfort levels. He was completely transparent through the entire process. Spending that much on our first home was nerve-wracking, but Chris made the whole process smooth and helped us make the best choice we could. Even after the sale he checked in with us. I would rate him 10/10 every time!
