    Jennifer was so amazing! We just bought a house and let me tell you... she did everything she was supposed to and then some. She never got upset with any of my husbands or my requests with what we where looking for. I had so many houses I wanted to go took at and she did all the footwork to see if the seller was willing to help out with closing costs and repairs before we even looked. (No point at looking at a home that the seller wouldnt budge on and we where working with a VA loan.) When we found our house, we asked for her opinion on how long it would be on the market and she said not long. We had a previous realtor that was pushing for us to buy new construction and we didnt want to do that. He told us that the home we wanted would still be there for a while so we dont need to rush. It was gone a few days later.... Jennifer has no alternative motives. She is a great realtor and truly loves her job. When we bought our home she offered to take our picture and she even gave us a welcome gift! She is truly the best with her years of experience. We wanted to close in a short time and was able to help us with all the paperwork regarding everything. She kept both my husband and myself involved and when looking at homes she made sure that our 6 year old daughter wasnt to far away and even played with her while we looked around. She answered all of our questions and helped us with understanding the home buying process. She always has a good attitude and treated us like family. She even provided our daughter with coloring books to color and draw and gave her snacks in her office while we talked. If you are looking for someone to represent you, she works both on the buyers side and the sellers side. Go to her and you wont regret it. Truly an amazing woman and an amazing realtor. LET HER REPRESENT YOU! She will fight for you to get you the best deal!

    These amazing people at Century 21 The Edge are spectacular. They are friendly, informative, professional and eager to help you with your housing needs. Scott and Paula and such caring people and they instill that type of environment in their offices and realtors. If you need a home, purchase or rent, they are the ones to go to! Hands down.

    My experience renting out one side of a duplex with Adam and Marcos has been excellent. One overlooked benefit of a good property manager is access to a roster of good contractors, who actually show up for maintenance, at reasonable prices. Much different experience if youre just one guy on your own.

    The best customer service I have ever had. I was shocked of the amount of time and dedication Kristi Provencio had with us. My boyfriend and I were first time buyers, almost purchasing a home in the past and had a horrible experience before meeting Kristi P. This time around knowing everything that my previous realtor did wrong she did correct and made the transaction easy with knowledge, professionalism and honesty. Its hard to find honest people in El Paso and we got lucky getting Kristi. When it came to knowledge she knew every builders reputation and when she didnt know a question I had she would get it and responded so quickly instead of just making something up to get a sale. During Covid-19 she knew all the new regulations and forms needed to protect us. She really knows El Paso, knowing taxes in every area and resale value points.Her negotiating skills were strong and right to the point which I appreciated, no games, I really felt like I was represented strongly.She was always on time, we saw every single builder in El paso and she was never late to any last minute appointments.What I also found most impressive besides her professionalism and knowledge was her Follow up skills, Kristi would follow up consistently to make sure we were on schedule and everything was done in a timely matter. When it came to working with the bank and builders I unfortunately had bad experiences with their customer service and she completely took over and made sure every question I had was answered and they were doing their job correct. If any of the transactions went south she would email right away and made sure we were getting treated fairly. As far as trustworthy you can tell she genuinely cares for her clients, anytime I had a concern or worry she would calm us down with certainty that everything will work out fine and explained everything to us of the whys and hows of buying a new home. I had no idea a realtor can made such a huge difference in a purchase of a home and she really showed me that having a good realtor made all the difference and make us actually want to buy a home. Kristi Provencio made it that I can just enjoy the process and knew I was in good hands which was such a relief. Hands down the best realtor, beyond happy with her service and will make sure and go out of my way to recommend her to anyone that wants to buy their next home.

    We bought our house through Century 21 The Edge Agent Kristi Provencio and two years later sold our house with her. She was available 24/7 for our many concerns and questions. She listened and knew exactly what we were wanting when house hunting and what offers to look at when selling. She’s very knowledgeable and knows just who to call if problems arise. She made both buying and selling a piece of cake!

This was my first investment property purchase, and not only did they hold my hand the entire way, they went above and beyond my expectations. She made sure I was informed every step of the way and offered sound advice while still allowing every decision to be my own. Not once did I feel pressured or as if I was receiving a hard sell.
