This is the second time we have worked with Jamie Wickliffe to sell a home, and third transaction, as we purchased the home we just sold with Jamie as well. Jamie is always quick to respond; takes time to explain every step of the process and manages expectations at every stage in the process. She ensured the MLS photos made the home inviting. While waiting for inspections and buyer paperwork to process, Jamie called to see if we had any questions or needed anything. We were very pleased with Jamies negotiation skills. She set the expectation in the beginning of the process, discussed strategy during the process and over delivered. We will always refer friends and aquaintenances to Jamie Wickliffe.

We called Jon Buck when we found out we were being relocated to midlothian from across the country with very little notice. He jumped into action to help us find a place to live. He was extremely helpful! I fell in love with the first house he showed us and was ready to make an offer. Jon pointed out flaws unnoticeable to the untrained eye that would have been very expensive to us down the road. He could have made a quick sell right there but instead he showed us his integrity as well as his skill as a realtor. He is one you want on your side when looking for a house. If we ever need a realtor again on the future it will be Jon Buck!
