Cassandra Spann is an exceptional Realtor who helped me through a very difficult situation during past years. Unfortunately, I was designated Executor for an Estate which included a home along with additional personal property. I listed the property with Cassandra after a very positive first meeting, and I was pleased with her professionalism and sales records. Shortly thereafter, I became aware that several of the individuals who would inherit from the Estate, began legal action to reverse the deceaseds stipulations as stated in the Will and to challenge my appointment as Executor and decisions already in place to sell the home. My Probate Attorney quickly intervened. An acceptable offer on the home was now in place and Cassandra was required to confront the opposition for signatures. Warnings were out that one family member who was required to sign papers, had made threats and refused to sign.Cassandra got the job done and returned to her office unscathed. This added task was well beyond the scope of her charge. Just knowing the individual who made the threats, solidifies my belief that Cassandra does indeed works diligently for both the seller and the buyer. Her experiences, her knowledge, and her dedicated focus to the point brings successful results to all her clients. Thanks Cassandra!

Cassandra is a 10 star Realtor and person! Ethical, honest and a hard worker. We knew our plan could take up to a year to complete. We sold a vacation home in Colorado via a different realtor, all of the Texas transactions were handled by Cassandra and her brother, Michael. She met with us in the summer and gave us a very good market analysis of our home-- but we were not ready to sell until the Colorado home sold. She gave us tips on how to get our Texas home ready and was never pushy to get it on the market. She helped us to find our beautiful Dream house. We came very lose to losing it and she was instrumental in saving the home. We closed on the Colorado home in October, one week later we closed on the Dream house. Two weeks later we closed on a parcel that was adjacent to the Dream house. It took us a while to get moved out of the Texas home and to get it ready to list. Cassandras team took beautiful pictures and it sold quickly. Through her leadership and negotiation skills, buying our dream house and selling our current home was made possible.
