I normally dont post comments but had to in this case. Inherited a home and I didnt want the hassle of a Real Estate Agent or any other issues that come with looking for a buyer, showing of the property, you know the whole nine. I picked up the phone past 8pm one night frustrated and called Cash House Buyers USA. I was surprised some one picked up the phone. It was a gentlemen with such a calm voice. His name was Tommy and I told him my issues. All I can say is my transaction went fast and so smoothly. Tommy is very professional and trust worthy. My siblings and I had a home that we needed to sale rather quickly since not everyone lived in the same state, nor did anyone want to remain at the home or maintain it. I admit - I was SUPER skeptical and wasnt sure if I could trust them since there are some shady businesses practices out there claiming they want to do right by you and then take you for everything.
