My husband and I booked Sagewood cabin with my parents. It was small but cozy for our New Years Eve getaway! The cabin was stocked with everything you could possibly need, especially in the kitchen. I only wished the cabin had a fireplace but it did not (which we knew before we booked!).Beavers Bend Lodging made making the reservation quick and easy. Also, I called a couple times to confirm our reservation, directions, weather conditions, etc. and they were always very welcoming!Thank you Beavers Bend Lodging for helping us create lasting memories! -

My husband and I spent a weekend in Ledgers Cabin last month...the cabin was cozy and very clean, with all the amenities we could possibly need! The grounds are tidy and well maintained, and the hot tub was a real treat. We were also pleased that Beavers Bend is pet friendly and our labs thoroughly enjoyed their vacation.Broken Bow lake is absolutely beautiful and just minutes away. We will definitely be back for a longer stay in the future! -

We stayed in Chasing Fireflies for our 27th Anniversary. We had an absolutely wonderful weekend and hated to leave on Monday! The cabin is perfect for a couples getaway for anniversary or honeymoon. The hot tub is fantastic and there is even a surprise on the trees at night! My husband enjoyed the sauna and we both loved the heated floor in the vanity area. The jacuzzi tub is wonderful for soaking in after a hike in nearby Beavers Bend National Park. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could possibly need. This cabin is the third cabin of Beavers Bend Lodging that we have stayed in and we highly recommend any of them. They are spotless when you enter and you feel like you are home away from home. We are already making plans to come back in the fall and bring our son. -

It was extremely cold but with the snow and scenery it made the time in the outside hot tub that much more fun! We came up last weekend to get married inn the Talako Lodge Cabin.. it was absolutely beautiful. We come to Beavers Bend a few times a year and this cabin was my absolute favorite!! The scenery is stunning, the people are all so friendly and it is so family oriented. If you love nature and wildlife this is the place for you. We will definitely be back many more time throughout the year and I cannot wait!! Making memories... that is what it is all about :) -

This was our second visit and it was terrific! I would give our last cabin a five star for sure, Peace in the Pines. It is gorgeous and perfect for families. This year we stayed in Buck N Bass. Great cabin, but not ideal for families with young kids. That said, I wont complain and would encourage anyone to check out Beavers Bend Lodging!!! We will happily come again!Thank you for providing a wonderful retreat for our family! -

We had a wonderful time at our cabin in Beavers Bend. This has been our second trip because we loved the first one so much. The cabin was very clean and beautiful and exceeded our expectations. On our first trip we went hiking. This time we just stayed in the cabin and enjoyed our surroundings. The scenery is too majestic to be caught on camera but we took plenty of pictures. We cant wait to return again in the future! -

My husband and I stayed at Blue Lake cabin for a couple of days of Spring Break. I have never stayed in a cabin before and my experience at your cabin was more amazing than I could have imagined! The cabin was clean, decorated so cute, and felt very homey. On our next trip to Beavers Bend we will definitely book through Beavers Bend lodging because we were that impressed. I want to thank you guys for having such a great cabin and look forward to another stay!!! -

The Best Upscale cabin I have ever stayed at. Everything we could ever need was there for us to use. It was very clean, quiet, and had an outdoor covered area with fireplace that was just awesome! We stayed at the Pocahontas Cabin and would recommend any cabin they have. Ours was considered a mid luxury but it was High Luxury all the way! If considering a cabin rental in this area Call Beavers Bend Lodging they are Awesome!!!PS Im a Real Estate Broker so I seem to have high expectations and this place was A+!!!! -
Review 9 (2015-05-20 - Rating: 5)
We stayed in the Dancing Rabbit cabin for 3 nights. Everything you could think of in the way of kitchen wear, spices and cooking utensils were furnished right down to the tabasco sauce. We were really amazed with the amount of detail and decorations in the cabin. The wooded area was so nice. The temperature was in the upper 80s but with so many trees for shade there was no time that we felt even too warm much less hot. We were at the cabin site for a family reunion with members from Oklahoma and Texas. There were 5 cabins in total rented and every one was so beautiful. I would call these cabins ultra luxury. This is our second year to hold the family reunion in this area and we all agree there is no other place we have found that we like more than the Beavers Bend area and the cabins available in this area. Already looking forward to next year. My immediate family have expressed the desire to make another trip maybe for a week just to have more time to spend in these beautiful cabins and enjoy the Beavers Bend area. We dont want to wait for next years reunion to enjoy this wonderful place. Thank you so much for making these beautiful cabins available for rent.Freda Evans, Oklahoma City, OK -

We stayed in Little Rainbow from October 19-21. The reservation process went off like clockwork as did the instructions to the cabin as well as key code, etc. The cabin was just precious and absolutely spotless! The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of fresh-smelling linens. Just enough dishes to cook and serve a nice meal. We made good use of the grill and picnic table as well as the hot tub and fireplace. TV reception was also very good. I am very particular about things being clean and in working order and I was very pleased! We would definitely stay at this cabin and/or with Beavers Bend Lodging again! This review is being written by my wife, Linda Marrs. -
Review 11 (2014-08-31 - Rating: 4)
We always love going to Beavers Bend! Its a beautiful and relaxing place to spend time. Our cabin was very nice for the most part. There were only a couple of issues which weve not had happen before. It appeared that the cabin may not have been properly cleaned. We noticed that the toilet wasnt clean and that there was some kind of dirt or ? on a pillow case. Because the cabins are like a home away from home, we just did a quick clean up and washed the sheets and then were good to go. This would not keep us from returning for future vacations. -

We absolutely love staying near Beavers Bend State Park! We stayed in Joes Outlook Cabin and were not disappointed. We made every meal in the cabin (which was nicely stocked full of everything we needed to cook) and made fires in the fire-pit nightly. The cabin was clean and exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy our weekend. We are hoping to return to the area again soon! -

For my family this was our 2nd trip to the Beavers Bend/Broken Bow area, as we had a quick weekend getaway in August of last year and absolutely fell in love with the place. I began hyping up the next trip with my extended family around Christmas time to try to get the wheels in motion and slowly but surely after sending numerous group texts with my parents & siblings we finally agreed to a firm date in July, just after the holiday weekend. We went with the Mountain Dream & Cliffhanger cabins from Beavers Bend Lodging and we were very pleased with both cabins. We had a total of 16 people in the larger Mountain Dream cabin, which was conveniently located just off 259A just before the park entrance and served as the fellowship cabin for dinners, campfires, etc. My sister and her family stayed at the Cliffhanger cabin in the Southern Hills area and were very happy with their time there, as the outdoor patio space was wonderful! We will definitely be recommended Beavers Bend Lodging to our family & friends for future trips! -
Review 14 (2014-07-16 - Rating: 5)
My family (which includes my husband, my 8 year old son, my 4 year old son, and myself) stayed in one of the two bedroom cabins......and it was fantastic. The cabin had to be the cleanest, cutest cabin Ive ever stayed in. We absolutely loved it! We brought the kids bikes and they were able to ride them in the little community of cabins. There was also a small swing set for them to play on. Our cabin had it own grill and little fire pit, which made for an ideal place for a cookout and for making smores. There is also a community fire pit, which was really nice. Overall, a great place to stay in a beautiful part of Oklahoma. -
Review 15 (2015-07-01 - Rating: 5)
We had a great time at the cabin, and enjoyed Beavers Bend as a whole the entire weekend. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely helpful and friendly. Even though it felt like we were secluded somewhat, we were only 2 minutes away from the main road! The cabin was well maintained, and we enjoyed seeing all the other cabins we passed. We have never been to this area before, but we definitely look forward to coming back! -
Review 16 (2014-12-11 - Rating: 5)
We were referred to Beavers Bend Lodging by a friend. I was very impressed with the variety and availability of cabins for the dates we wanted. After researching all options online, I decided on the Hickory Hill by the Pond cabin for our family to celebrate my wifes 50th birthday weekend. The email communication from Beavers Bend to locate and access the cabin was perfect. No trouble at all. When we arrived we were blown away at how beautiful this cabin was. The weekend was PERFECT in every way possible. My wife says it was the best weekend of her life (including our honeymoon?).Hickory Hill featured two bedrooms, each with its own bath. The master had a queen sized bed and the second room had two twins. There was also a third twin mattress available if we wanted it. The master had the washer and dryer inside the closet space which was very convenient. The living area was wonderful as well. The leather couch and two chairs were very comfortable. The TV had cable and a DVD attached. We didnt watch too much TV as there were too many other things to do!The kitchen was fully stocked with an electric stove, two microwaves, a dishwasher and full sized fridge. There were ample dishes, cups and cookware. They also had a journal with past guests documenting their stays which we very much enjoyed reading. Our favorite part of this cabin was the covered outside fireplace, kitchen, dining area. We moved the two rockers in front of the fireplace and enjoyed an absolutely wonderful evening in front of the fire during a rainy evening. It was magical!!!!There is a shared pond behind the cabin which we didnt utilize. The cabin is very conveniently located just off the highway, but we couldnt hear anything. It was very peaceful. Janets Treasures was directly across the highway and the State Park entrance was right there. We couldnt have picked a better cabin!!!We enjoyed every single aspect of our trip and have committed to returning on an annual basis. I give two big huge thumbs up both to Beavers Bend Lodging and the Hickory Hill cabin. Thank you again for making our stay the BEST weekend of my wifes first 50 years!!!! -

This was our third time to Beavers Bend, and Seven Feathers cabin was our favorite so far! Every detail was provided for and the furnishings were comfortable and decorated nicely. There was even fresh salt and pepper! : ) This cabin is on a hill so there was a lot of exploring down to the small creek for our kids. There was ample amount of seating outside on the deck which we loved too. The rooms are on the smallish side, but it was cozy and comfortable. Our only issue we had was that there is a very tall tree that is right next to the house. Its thin branches rest on the metal roof, and with the windy week we had, the loud banging on the roof kept us awake in the master suite which is upstairs. It sounded like a hurricane! Someone really needs to cut that tree down! Other than that, it was a lovely time at Seven Feathers! -

Our first visit to the cabins in Broken Bow and we have one word...PERFECT! We have never had a vacation with my parents, kids and grand kids and this destination certainly fit the bill! We rented the Texas Two-Step and loved it! The only thing we might consider before our next visit is renting a one story cabin, as the young kids kept the older ones up all night with their stair games. We had never been so we took a lot of food and kitchen items, which were never used. Our cabin was fully furnished with all of the necessities. In addition, we went to Abendigos our first night to celebrate a birthday and had a great evening. We went hiking, played games around the campfire and the kids had an absolute blast with the cabin cat, whom they named ELI. Thanks to the staff and owners of our cabin, we had a great time and look forward to our next visit. Our anniversary is in October, so I have already been dropping hints to my hubby!! -

Our family had a great time at Beavers Bend and looking forward to next year. This was our second trip and we once again stayed in the M cabin. This cabin best suited our family and especially our grandchildren. The M cabin was very clean and well supplied for our needs. The only thing I would recommend for this cabin is an outdoor trash bin cabinet to keep raccoons out. The raccoons were nightly visitors to the trash cans provided. The lake is our primary reason for vacationing in Broken Bow and we really enjoyed it this year. -

We were a gang of 5 families with kids and we enjoyed our stay. We booked Oasis but as the hot tub was not working they proactively upgraded us to a better lodge before we checked in and notified us in emails. Management is very responsive to all questions. Getting there was easy with the directions provided (we reached there 11 at night). The house was well stocked with all necessary items needed for our 2 night stay. The West wild cabin is very luxurious and 14 people could sleep there. We had kids in our groups and they also enjoyed a lot. We would definitely be back. -

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Squirrels Nest cabin! The cabin was so well maintained--it seemed like it had just been built. The area was very quiet and peaceful for the duration of our stay and every detail was provided to make our stay just what we needed--relaxing. We would highly recommend Beavers Bend Lodging for anyone who desires a comfortable outdoor get-away. -

We are very pleased with our stay at Beaver Bend Lake Cabin Rentals during the spring break. Appreciate the entire experience. Their cabins are pretty clean and mostly well maintained. We got a warm welcome when we reached there. The huge king size bed amazed us and what is worth mentioning is their nice, clean bath Tub. Look forward to staying there again. You guys simply ROCK! -

We stayed in the OK Corral cabin July 4th weekend (2015) and were thrilled with the cabin. The entire experience was first class. It rained quite a bit of the time, but the pool table, shuffleboard table and enormous covered patio made for plenty of good times. We had firewood delivered and enjoyed a great fire under the stars on our last night. We will definitely be back and will recommend Beavers Bend to friends and family. -

My husband and I stayed in the Bradley cabin. It was clean and nicely decorated. Everything we needed was included. It would be nice to have directions for turning on the fireplace, though. We would definitely return, and we would recommend Beavers Bend Lodging to friends. All of the arrangements were straight forward and easy, and the price was very reasonable. -

We stayed at the Cherokee Fiddle for three nights last week. We actually arrived just in time because the first full day we were cabin bound because it rained the whole day. We loved it though - we did a 2000 piece puzzle and watched a scary movie. It snowed the following night and the snow melted. We were able to hike but it was a little difficult crossing some of the creeks because of the snow melt. We loved the cabin - We had 3 adults, 4 teens and a 3 yr old. Im glad we chose the cabin with two bathrooms. It was super nice - probably nicer than what we are used to for cabin camping with our kids. Thank you Cherokee Fiddle. -

We just stayed in the cabin Chasing Fireflies and it was AMAZING!! The pictures online do not do it any justice. It was so beautiful and every little thing you could think of was taken care of! The personal touches were the best. It was a very romantic getaway and the cabin is just so inviting. Our favorite things were the hot tub, pool table, and the surprise Fireflies that were so neat to look at each night! We will definitely be going back for a longer stay as we hated to leave! -

Our stay at Beavers Bend was amazing. Its a place my family can enjoy and do the things we love to do. The Cliffhanger cabin was more than I couldve asked for. We loved the room and enjoyed being surrounded by the beautiful trees. We will definitely take our family back! We are hoping to make it a family tradition to come and stay at Beavers Bend. Thank you for your wonderful service! -

We stayed at the Dancing Rabbit cabin in October 2014 and it was wonderful! My son loved the authentic tipi, it was clean, stocked with everything we needed and was nestled in a beautiful area of the forest. We were just a minutes drive from some great restaurants (Grateful Head Pizza and the Blue Rooster) and from the beautiful state park. Well be back soon for sure so my son can ride the train through the park (it was closed the days we were there!). Ive already recommended these cabins to all of my friends, especially those with kids. -

Had a great stay at Deer Creek this past weekend with my Husband and Daddy celebrating our Birthdays! This house was perfect for us, my Dad fell and broke his hip a month ago so he is using a walker. This house was made for people with disabilities with large open areas a walk in shower and a shower chair ! Perfect! The wrap around porch was very nice with the rockers and the outdoor fire pit could be enjoyed right at the pit or from the porch :) This is a new area that we have not stayed in, really nice; cabins are not right on top of each other most of some kind of tree line all the way around cabins, some even have play grounds. The roads and drive ways at all the cabins are perfect for boats or a lot of cars. Hope this info helps with your decision to stay at Deer Creek and using Beavers Bend Lodging.** side note the ladies at the office are very nice and helpful we were booked at Pocahontas but we couldnt stay there due to the stairs, they found us deer creek and moved us over no problem. -
Review 30 (2015-04-01 - Rating: 5)
We showed up to a clean cabin, great amenities, and everything we needed for a weekend away and fly fishing. The booking process and instructions were seamless, and it made the whole experience a piece of cake! The cabins were close to anywhere we needed to be in town or the State Park, and accommodated our group perfectly. Would highly recommend this to anyone, and well definitely be back! -

We had an awesome time! I have been to Beavers Bend more times than I can count and have always stayed in the same area. The cabins are so cozy and have everything you need. It makes for easy packing and an enjoyable stay. We love to go horseback riding, kayaking, cook out, etc. Looking forward to our next visit to Broken Bow! -

5 of us stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bath Chuka Kana cabin with covered porch and hot tub. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed and even had movies and games, though we had no time for them as it is so beautiful there, we wanted to spend all our time outside. The hot tub was perfect for a chilly Friday evening and even the rain all night sounded heavenly on the metal roof. This is the second time our group has rented from Beavers Bend Lodging and we are fans. We plan to return next year for sure and have already started planning for more trips than our annual get-together! -

After recently getting married and moving to a new home, my wife and I needed a nice quiet and peaceful getaway to relax and unwind a bit. We booked a stay at the Dogwood Daze cabin on the recommendation of the staff and it was just exactly what the doctor ordered!!! The staff was friendly, accommodating and very courteous. The cabin was amazing. The dΓ©cor and the amenities were absolutely fantastic. Our only regret was that we were not ready to leave!! So much to see and take in that it is difficult to enjoy everything in just two days. We will most definitely be returning. And will want to book with Beavers Bend Lodging again!! By the way, if you get the chance, stop in at Janets Treasure Chest and see all of the unique items for sale there. We couldnt resist going home with a beautiful antique Moreau statue and it will sit in our home always as a reminder of our wonderful trip. Thanks so much to the staff for a wonderful memory. -

We stayed at the Dancing Rabbit over Memorial Day weekend. It was a beautiful, well appointed cabin. They thought of everything we would need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the indoor spaces as much as the outdoor spaces. The kids really enjoyed the loft and the game room. There were plenty of family fun adventures in the area. We plan to go back! Thanks so much for a memorable holiday weekend. -

We stayed at the Last Resort cabins, in Ledgers Hideaway, We had a fantastic time. We will be returning. The place was clean, comfortable and the hot tub was clean. We enjoyed making our own meals and having the choice to to out to eat somewhere close. The State Park was within a 15 minute driving time. The scenic areas were clean and easy to access. -

We stayed at Broken Boot Lodge. It was fantastic, as we have three married children and 10 grandchildren. Of course, everyone didnt get to come, but we had most there, and the accommodations were perfect. There was plenty of room with the four bedrooms and the futons in the upstairs family area. The hot tub was enjoyed by several, and everyone loved the pool table. We had many comment on photos we posted on Facebook and expect several friends to inquire about Beavers Bend Lodging. We had a wonderful time and would recommend BBL to anyone. -

Ive stayed in the Robins Nest cabin twice: Once with my wife for a Christmas getaway and once with my buddies for a fishing weekend. Both times the cabin was in perfect order and beautifully appointed.I appreciate the option to have snack food trays and firewood predelivered to the cabin so the we can show up later and begin our stay without having to run to the store when we arrive. We plan to be back several times a year so we can do more hiking around the lake and sightseeing. -

My spouse and I stayed in the Whispering Woods cabin, and it was perfect! It was quaint and charming with modern amenities - WiFi and DirectTV. The location was awesome, too. We were within a few driving minutes of Beavers Bend State Park, and we had a blast hiking and exploring the area with our Corgis. Were already planning a return visit for October, and we definitely plan on staying with Beavers Bend Lodging Inc. again. -

My extended family and friends rent multiple cabins at the Last Resort campgrounds every Memorial Day. The cabins are close enough for the families to mingle when they want, while also allowing for privacy when needed. My family has stayed in most of the Last Resort cabins over the years, upgrading as our immediate family grew in size. The cabins are all well appointed, clean and maintained, and fully furnished.I highly recommend the Last Resort cabins to anyone looking for a quiet getaway or family reunion. -

Our family (4 siblings and 4 sibs-in-law) had a great week at our house at Beavers Bend Lodging. We had come together there to enjoy the areas attraction and to have a family reunion. We all agreed that the accommodations, decor, amenities, and furnishings were perfect for both purposes and that our expectations were exceeded. We were conveniently located near the areas attractions, yet we had plenty of privacy and a quiet environment. -

Our 8 ladies staying at Mountain Dream thoroughly enjoyed their time! This cabin not only met our every expectation, but surpassed them. This cabin was clean, bright, enfolding and well maintained. The semi-secluded location was perfect. The only thing we didnt see was Sasquatch! However, we did see humming birds and the beautiful trees that surround the cabin. The hot tub was clean and cozy. We all voted to come back ASAP!! -

We had a great time on a recent visit to Beavers Bend and stayed in one of your cabins over spring break. The cabin was perfect for my 2 boys and me. It was well furnished and stocked with all the basics and the boys loved making a campfire in the ring outside. We were a little disappointed with the lack of internet as we had hoped to look up information while we were there. -

When we arrived at Wild wood cabin we were in awe of the surroundings. We opened the door and the interior of the cabin was jaw dropping , it was the cleanest most beautiful cabin we had been in at Beavers Bend. Everything was so neat and in place. At night and in the mornings we had 5 or 6 deer come up and hand fed them and were able to pet them , the kids really enjoyed being this close to nature. We thank you for such an amazing experience. Cant wait till next time we come up. -

Our stay was the most relaxing and refreshing time we have had in a long while! The cabin was amazing and we felt right at home when we walked in the cabin! The lady that cleans the cabins was next door when we were going to go for a ride and could not get the cabin door locked. She saw us having difficulty and came right over and helped us out! She was a very pleasant and nice lady. Thank you! Other than seeing her we were able to relax and enjoy our cabin peacefully for 3 days! We will definitely be booking a cabin again soon! This time I plan to bring my 89 year old Mother who is in good health to enjoy this wonderful atmosphere. I have been talking to a lot of my friends and sending them to your website! We look forward to another good time soon! -

Exceeded our expectations. Some observations regarding the Whispering Woods - studio cottage:- Perfect size and comfort for two.- Cleanliness was excellent.- Kitchen and bathroom was stocked with everything needed, and more. Beyond our expectations. The cabin had many cute extras throughout which made it all the more charming, but not over-the-top.- Bed linen was clean, soft and inviting.- Electronics were adequate.- The wooded area behind the cabin was absolutely lovely in April; birds galore. Your standard song birds plus Woodpeckers and Nuthatches.- Nice whirlpool tub, but we would have preferred a shower or a mounted shower head.- We requested firewood at the cost of $25. The quantity was good for the price, but it was delivered unseasoned, wet and pretty much unusable. We had a great three day visit there and would strongly recommend it to others. -

WOW! Only way to describe our long weekend with friends in the Wild West Lodge Cabin. It was...beautiful, spacious, fully stocked, convenient...I could go on and on! We had so much fun just sitting on the porch or around a campfire, soaking in the hot tub, renting a boat on the nearby lake, eating, and laughing. Everyone asked on the last day how to reserve cabins through BBL and when were we all coming back. As soon as we can!!!Melissa Ballas -

We stayed in Forever and A Day cabin for three days wish we could have stayed longer.Every thing you needed was there. Clean Well stocked.Set in a wooded area. Easy access to state park and about 1 and half hours from scenic byway. Great fall foliage.Starry skies down by the lake. The only things i would improve on is put some kind of heater in bathroom and remove some of the deco for your renters to put their stuff while staying there.I would recommend to everyone. -

My husband and I always go camping around April-May each year with our dogs. We have wanted to go to Broken Bow for a long time because of all the great things that we have heard. This year, I wanted to rent a cabin in order to relax a little more at night. We ended up renting Dream Time Retreat, and we absolutely loved it! It was not only beautiful and wonderfully kept, but it was cozy, and the perfect hideaway in the woods. We enjoyed our time so much, that we are looking at going back in September with some friends, and renting a little bigger cabin! This area and the lake are beautiful, and have become a favorite of our family! -
Review 55 (2014-05-24 - Rating: 4)
We thought the cabin was spacious and comfortable. It was very well stocked. The hot tub was inside, making it a more romantic choice.Great location and view. Far enough off the road to not hear cars, and a creek going through trees out back. One issue we had is minor, and that is that the cabin has limited counter space. That is not really a big deal but would be annoying in a longer stay.We would definitely come back and would recommend it to friends. -

I have stayed in many cabins and never found one as nice as The Woodland Hideaway. It was clean and furnished so completely that we never had to make an extra trip to the local store. If we had forgotten it, it was in the cabin when we arrived. The area was quiet and the older kids loved the hot tub. Cant wait to get back! -

We had such a great experience! Everyone on the phone prior to our visit was extremely friendly and helpful. The email I got with directions was completely accurate and full of helpful hints. They stated what I would need to bring and what would be supplied. When we arrived at the cabin we were extremely happy with how clean the place was and how well stocked it was with fresh, clean towels, coffee, paper products and other little things to make our stay comfy. We had a nice fire outside, chairs were provided and a nice couples swing. We stayed at the Rendevous. We did have our children with us and we all fit fine. We loved the feel of the small cozy cabin! -

We have stayed in the same cabin 2 years in a row, and absolutely love it. The experience is always very relaxing and always worth the trip. I would send anyone I know headed to Beavers Bend to one of their cabins. Im sure that this will continue to be a getaway for us and will continue to use Beavers Bend Lodging. -

We were extremely pleased with our cabin. It was exactly as described, and it was very, very clean. The kitchen had everything I would like to have in a vacation rental, and everything was in nice condition.I like the fact that the cabins come with linens, towels, paper products, and COFFEE! Some places I have rented in other areas of the country do not include those items, and it is a big convenience to have everything on hand.Weve already rented a cabin twice this year, and I know well return! -

Our family spent five nights over Thanksgiving in Cherokee Fiddle. The cabin was amazing. We ranged from 62 to 5 and everyone had something to do (loved the pool table). The kitchen was perfect to cook a holiday meal. The staff even came to check if we needed any supplies. Would definitely rent again. -
Review 62 (2014-11-12 - Rating: 5)
We rented the Buck & Bass Cabin and oh my goodness!! We LOVED it. It was just the right size, we made a fire in the fire pit on the side of the cabin, we enjoyed the hot tub and even had a fire in the fire place. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed was super soft and cozy. We had everything we needed. We are hoping to do this again. Only negatives, but just barely, bring house shoes, because the stone floor has sharp edges and walking around bare foot is hard on the feet and it would have been nice to be further off the main road. But all in all, we loved it! -

This past weekend was our first time in Beavers Bend, it was very rainy but nonetheless beautiful. The cabin we stayed in was the Julia and we were extremely pleased with its cleanliness and amenities. We will go back this summer, hopefully there will be availability. We went to Grateful Head Pizza restaurant and it was very affordable, my wife and i split a medium pizza while the kids split a medium pizza, i ordered 2 beers, and the wife and kids had drinks and our total bill was $34.00!!! The pizzas were amazing and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. We enjoyed the Go Kart and Mini golf track owned by the Merrits. They were very generous with the amount of driving we were able to do, a great value if you have kids, they are right next to the Convenience Store. Again it was raining most of the weekend so we will be back and next time we will go hiking. Could not have been more pleased with the exception of sunshine. Just writing about it makes we want to go back asap!Thank you from the Brandenburgs in Plano, Tx. -

I was very pleased with the service provided by Beavers Bend Lodging. They would reply very quickly to any email correspondence I sent. I rented Whispering Woods cabin and I loved it!!! I cant say enough positive things about the cabin. It was very clean, well stocked, awesome location, and has a great deck. The price was great!I will be returning and I highly recommend Beavers Bend Lodging. -

This is our third time to stay in one of the Crocked Oaks cabins. This is our favorite location of all the beavers bend lodging options. Weve stayed in over a dozen through out the years. We have a complaint. Both beds were very noisy and uncomfortable. Both beds in the HIdden Oaks cabin need replaced. I had to wear earplugs to sleep because of the noisy beds. Also a light kept coming off and on outside all night. This has gone on for several years. We will be back. -

My husband and I stayed at the Rendezvou Cabin for my 40th birthday and it was the best birthday ever!!! The cabin was beautiful and cozy. The peaceful and calm you get from being back in the woods was relaxing and very much needed! The hot tub was an added bonus! We loved sitting outside with a fire in the firepit on the swing. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was fabulous! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great getaway. -

This was our second visit to Broken Bow and again stayed at the Bird House. We rarely repeat our trips as we like to try something new each journey, but this makes for a good, long weekend. The house itself is well set up for up to 6 people. Hot tub, fireplace (in and out) internet and well stocked kitchen french door fridge, quiet dishwasher, plenty of pots and pans.As for booking the web site is a bit out dated. You can only search by the number of bedrooms - even though we are 2 people we are looking for the amenities - hot tub, outdoor fireplace...so it was tiring to look for those symbols. Then when you want to book you get the whole list of cabins and have to search yours out.Otherwise the booking process is straight forward. On making the reservation there is a lengthy email to go through. It would be better to have links to a web page and there are nicer fonts available. All that doesnt detract from Broken Bow and all it offers. Thanks Janet! -

Very nice cabin (Beth). Terrific amenities, nice beds, comprehensive appliances. A couple of suggestions: 1. A more prominent and easy to read sign on the highway. 2. A communal outdoor tap like most fishing lodges have. We went fishing and had nowhere to wash the fish. All in all, though, a very pleasant experience and well be back and also spread the word among my many outdoor-loving friends. Thanks. -

We love love love Broken Bow Lake and the whole area! We are 3 hours away in DFW and go as often as we can, at least several times per year, for many years. Beavers Bend Lodging is always great to work with only one issue one time in many years with a cabin getting double booked and they fixed it immediately. The cabins are SUPER NICE, secluded, quiet, comfortable and always in top shape. Broken Bow Lake is THE BEST lake within 5 hours of DFW by FAR. Abendigos is a great restaurant too. -

We recently (early October 2014) visited Beavers Bend for our 37th wedding anniversary and loved it. The leaves are just starting to think about changing, and on occasion you get a sight of ruby red and yellow. Wildlife was limited to some butterflies and a few squirrels. We stayed in the Bradley cabin which has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a hot tub on the porch. I loved the American decor. The kitchen was fully stocked with as many pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware and glasses that a person could need. It also had a full sized refrigerator (complete with coffee and some ice trays), microwave and a nicer coffee pot than we have at home.It has a very nice porch and sitting area by a home-madefire pit. And there is a small (charcoal) grill that was ready for use.The bed was very comfortable. As was the living room, complete with 2 arm chairs and a throw on each one.And a television complete with cable channels. Very, Very welcoming.I refrain from giving Bradly cabin 5 stars because, our toilet seat was broken. It was hard to sit on it without it feeling like was coming off. I am also afraid that the toilet was leaking because several times I had water on the floor. The dining table chairs, also were in need of some re-glueing and most felt unstable and wobbly. We had a great time in Beavers Bend. We rode a kayak and we rented a boat at the marina. The guys at both places were great! And helped us with out a lot. We ate at most of the restaurants. My husband loved the Grateful Head pizza, and I liked the Blue Rooster. Girls Gone Wine was fabulous! We also enjoyed hiking and shopping at Teresas Treasures and an antique shop just north of Broken Bow, on the east side of the road. Our trip was enjoyable and relaxing. We dont let some small cabin inconveniences get in our way. Thanks for the hospitality and we hope to return real soon!Your friends in north Texas.Laurie and Glenn -

Best first time cabin experience from reservation process to well communicated direction to cabin. Even though we were rained in for most of our stay, cabin had all of the essentials for us to enjoy the stay. One thing that could improve is to provide a stronger WiFi signal, signal was too weak to cover the whole cabin. I would recommend this place to others and would like to return again, minus the rain. Thank you for wonderful lodging experience. -

My family and some close friends stayed at the OK Corral January 23-25th. It was a last minute get away to celebrate my 34th birthday. If youre looking at this cabin and are even slightly considering booking it, DO IT! You will not regret your stay here!! I was excited by the photos but sometimes images can be misleading.. well this is not the case here! What you see is what you get. The cabin was beautiful and more importantly completely spotless! Beds were so comfy. The kitchen was stocked with any and every thing you might think of, blenders to slow cooker. Fireplace flicks on with the turn of a switch, jacuzzi was hot and ready to go. The pool table and shuffleboard kept us busy but if you have little kids (we had 2 toddlers) there was a TV with cable in every room. Each morning we would wake up and quietly open the blinds to find several deer by the deer-feeder. The kids LOVED the playground right in the back yard. The lake is a short 10min drive away from the cabin(if we go back in warmer weather we will be renting a boat and fishing next time). Honestly everyone there ranging from 2 - 45 had the best time. I cant wait to find an excuse to come back.. Thank you SO much for a wonderful weekend! -

Very much enjoyed our stay at the Texas Two Step. loved all the fun extras...the foosball table, shuffleboard, firepit, hottub, horseshoes, playground... those things made for a really fun stay instead of just lounging around a cabin. We liked the location in the woods a lot and felt it was well-equipped with all the kitchen supplies we needed. Beds were comfy... not really a bad thing to say about our stay! -

What a great long weekend in Beavers Bend at the OK Corral! The place was impeccable with what appeared to be all new everything. The extra play room was perfect for the 4 kids to have their own space. We also loved the firepit, hot tub and 3 king beds! It was a wonderful time, and we plan to go back next year for Thanksgiving. -

Me and the fellas had an awesome time at Nicks Nature House. The property is just secluded enough that we didnt seem to bother anyone with our competitive game of horseshoes. The view on the golf course at Cedar Creek was magnificent although the course could use some irrigation. All-in-all it was a fantastic time and we will return soon. -

These folks are wonderful to work with and the property is one of the best we have seen in a long time. Our cottage was just perfect - nice and clean, quite and stocked with all the material for a comfortable stay.Janet was very helpful in picking out the right cabin based on our last minute needs. We received an email within a few minutes of booking that gave us all the information we need! We arrived and the place was perfect. The only sad part was we had to leave and come back to reality, lol.My wife and I will be returning soon! Thanks to all the folks involved in making the quick get away a pleasant experience. -

This experience was fantastic! Setting aside the amazing scenery that surrounds you in the state park, my experience with this company started well and just continued to get better. Making reservations was simple and the very detailed confirmation email gave us most everything we needed to effectively plan our trip. The cabin was breathtaking. It was equipped with everything that had been promised and then some. A brief rain storm knocked out power around the park briefly and shorted a row of flood lights outside. I called to report the lights and within hours a technician had come by and replaced the bulbs that had blown. We greatly enjoyed our time here and cannot wait to do it again. -

I would like to take this time to let you know how nice it was to stay at the Woodland Hideway & Cottage this past weekend. We have been coming to broken bow for the past 5 years and have stayed in your facilities in the past. I can not begin to tell you what a relief to find a very welcoming cabin with all the bells and whistles that you advertise. I was so impressed by the decor, kitchen amenities, cottage and furniture. Ever since I have been back all I have done is praised your place and have given several friends your website to book future trips. We have stayed in the Whispering Oaks cabin for the past 3 years but now the Woodland Hideway is my favorite. -

We stayed at Rendezvou last weekend, just as a little escape. Hubby and I had not had a romantic getaway since our daughter was born (shes 21 months old). It was beautiful, secluded, quiet and romantic but convenient. The hot tub was fabulous, the kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was SO comfortable, and my husband was thrilled to find that there was TV! We were definitely glad we chose the cabin with wi-fi (if you havent been to the area, you should know cell service is nonexistent), as I was able to check in on my daughter via Facebook, so it was perfect. HIGHLY recommended!! -

I go to Broken Bow every year and have been for the last 16 years. This is the first cabin that I have stayed at that provided all the neccssities that my family and I needed. It was great that a trip to the store was eliminated for salt and pepper. I enjoyed the TIpi, the hottub, and the hammock. This was a tranquil stay and I will be returning to this cabin again this year!!!!Thank you for all the perks--Tea, Coffee, Spices, Foil etc!!!! It made it so much easier! -

My family stayed 2 nights at Its a Wonderful Life during our spring break. The cabin worked out perfect for our family. We had always stayed in a cabin that had a game room on the lower floor so we were a little concerned about having the game room on the same level as the living room/great room but once we closed the doors there was no noise! Ayatia Cabins - Lost in the Woods and found a paradise. Our first outing in the woods and we are so glad that we booked Ayatia. It was a great place for families to hand around and share the fun. Each and every thing was present there. We only brought our own food and enjoyed till the last breath. The Good: Everything. I mean everything from salt, pepper, to cutlery, silverware, to sofa, beds. As an icing, we had ping pong table and 1 big hot tub. Wow!!! No one could ask for more. The Bad: The Gas BBQ was not working properly and all the marks on it are faded. So it was very hard for us first timers to make it work. Please give more detailed instructions. When ping pong table is there and you say you provide bats we expect good bats as everything else was. But the bats are all worn out. Please take care of it.The Ugly: Now this is more because of personal preference to a kind of bed. We didnt liked the Bed. It squeaked with a single movement. A person cannot move without disturbing other person. I personally prefer beds which gives you more comfort without the hassle of disturbing others. -

Everything was great, fit us all perfectly, the only issue we had was with the refrigerator at the wild west lounge, the fridge side was having trouble staying cool, the freezer was fine though! GPS led us all straight to the front door too! -

Peace In The Pines is a very good description for the cabin that we stayed in. It was secluded in a beautiful area and was a beautiful cabin inside and out. We enjoyed the roominess of the cabin with everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We were extremely pleased with the location being just outside of Beavers Bend Park and very close to Broken Bow lake. Even though a rain storm came through with high winds and caused the power to go off in the park and other areas, we continued to have power in our cabin. We highly recommend Beavers Bend Lodging to anyone staying in that area. There is a lot of things to do in the surrounding area that anyone would really enjoy. We did go into Broken Bow and bought light bulbs for the night lights, since they were originally burned out. This is the only problem that we had, in order to see at night, since in the country it gets pretty dark inside the cabin. -
