Brian was phenomenal. My husband and I had opposite ideas of what we wanted in a house and what we’d consider deal breakers. Brian not only showed us all of the houses we picked but he was always willing to get more info when we asked. He found the perfect house that gave both of us exactly what we wanted. When it came to negotiations... he was outstanding!! He was always open minded to what we asked for and also willing to give feedback on areas we just had no clue on. Brian was a great realtor. As a first time home buyer he was not only helpful in guiding us through the process, but I never felt pressured by him. He was honest (I’m sure he still is), and personable. He worked hard for us to find the house we wanted. And when we found it he was always available to answer our questions and negotiate on our behalf. I will call on him again.

He has great communication skills and works on the holidays to set our needs in buying a home. Great customer service and knowledge on the properties. He accommodated different time zones, hectic work schedules, and maintained a calm, positive approach throughout our relocation in a ridiculous market. Brian is also knowledgeable as a local San Antonian – he knows both commercial and private real estate – and is responsive no matter the ask or concern. He answered all of our questions and gave his professional opinion on things like school districts, to traffic patterns and concerns. He was receptive to feedback and always checked in (even after we closed) to see how we were feeling and what support we needed. We had a duplex in the San Antonio, TX area and we live in CA and needed eyes/ears on the ground to help us with our remote transaction. We had tenants occupying this investment property and Brian couldnt have been more professional or responsive. We encountered multiple setbacks and roadblocks due to extenuating circumstances with the buyers and title, etc. but Brian kept his foot on the gas and held all parties accountable to make sure everyone was doing everything possible to move towards the closing. A friend of mine who is a realtor referred me to the San Antonio branch of their agency which is how i met Brian. What luck. After preliminary phone calls, he and I narrowed down the specifics and desired locations. Brian grew up in San Antonio and is very familiar with it. We spent an entire day looking at houses and saw nearly a dozen. He asked me to download an app which was very useful and made my decision much easier.Admittedly, this is something most agents do but, Brian went well above and beyond. Because I live in Austin, Brian handled many responsibilities assumed by the buyer. He was always available and responsive and always took care of everything. Ive been buying and selling real estate for a number of years and this was as difficult a transaction as Ive had. Without Brian, it likely would never have closed. Besides his professionalism and knowledge of his city, he was a pleasure to be around and great to go out for a beer.
