Realtor Robert Rankin was incredibly helpful in my home-buying process, and I highly recommend him. Buying a house in the summer of 2020 was chaotic, but Robert made it happen! As a new home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing, so Roberts guidance was invaluable. When I began my home search alone, I was casting a wide net and couldnt seem to find any houses that resonated with me. With Roberts patient assistance, we were able to narrow down criteria and hone in on several homes that satisfied my needs and wants. Once we found THE home, Roberts research led us to making an offer which won us the house! Robert was there every step of the way past that, helping to keep the process going on time and making sure all the details were covered. I know it wasnt easy to get everything in order during the height of pandemic restrictions, especially since we bought from an out-of-state seller, but Robert and the Brent Germany team sure made it look easy. I will be happy to work with them again in the future if I want to move again!
