Brenda was very helpful when we were looking and purchased a home last year. She is very honest, detail oriented, very knowledgeable of the area, provided multiple options of homes that fit our criteria (i.e. size, yard, bedrooms) and pros and cons of each of the homes. During the purchasing process, she was very engaged, responded to our questions and worked with the sellers agent in addressing our questions. From looking from the home to the actual closing, Brenda was very engaged and prompt in responding to our questions.After purchasing our home, Brenda helped us sell our previous home. She was very helpful in providing feedback for the home, the necessary updates required and the market conditions at the time. Due to Brendas feedback, our home was on the market for only 3 days before going under contract. Brenda was a dream come true. My wife and i would go to open houses when we saw one, and the agents were pushy and did not want to listen to what we were after. They said what we were after was the house they were selling when it wasnt. I got Brendas name from a flyer sent to my daughters house. I gave her a call and lo and behold, she listened to us. Brenda worked with us for over a year checking in occasionally to see if our plans had changed. She would send us a listing of homes she thought we might like, but it was never the perfect house for us. After a year, she found us the perfect house for our needs. Again, she was never pushy and she listened to us. I look on Brenda now as a friend and not my agent and recommend her very strongly. She is a different breed of agent who actually cares.

This to me was a testament of her resourcefulness and her negotiating skills!

Brenda worked endlessly to find a house for us in the Plano area. She made herself available and happily got us viewing as many properties as we could on our tight schedule. She is very knowledgeable about her market, the value, quality, and limitations of homes within our price range. She was honest about what should be in the contracts, and worked to get the seller to do the right things, even after the deal was done. It took almost 14 months to find and competitively get a house. She worked as if we had just started looking until the very end. After the sale, she made sure we had the right home warranty, right vendors to service, clean rugs, etc I have worked with many realtors in 3 different states. This fine lady goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best house you can. It’s a very difficult market, but she knows it well, and thrives in by working hard for her clients. There’s no one better in the Dallas area in my book. She was recommended to us, and I am SO glad!
