Omg I love Mrs. Mesenbring she is one of a kind. The best realtor I had ever to experience. I got her by accident and sure glad I did. One of the things I was very impressed with was when I met her she came with her A game. She gave me a notebook and information about the houses that we looked at. I was offered many job opportunities and even had to step outside of another city, and she even followed me to get me in a house. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about houses. She has a great personality and get you into what you are looking for. If looking for good a realtor Mrs. Mesenbring is the right one.

Brandy has been amazing. She knows what Im looking for, what kind of budget I have, and she understands how to look at what a place could be to make it perfect for me. One thing that makes her different is she doesnt just show me anything that is in my budget. She looks into each property personally and if she sends it to me it is because it fits within my idea. She doesnt just try to get me into any property to make a sale or to be done with me. Cant express enough how happy I am to have a realtor like Brandy

Brandy helped us find not one, but two homes with property in East Texas. We had some particular circumstances, and she was phenomenal in navigating all of our needs, limitations, and wants. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor, Brandy is professional, quick to respond, knowledgeable, and treats you like family.We were looking to move out of state with our extended family. When we first talked with Brandy, we were still exploring which state we wanted to move to. She didnt pressure us to move to Texas or make any quick decisions. She was very helpful in finding potential homes or properties, even though she knew there may never be a sale.She adapted with us as our ideas shifted from a large property to one large home with land to multiple homes on the same property. She worked with the needs of all our family members and communicated very well with everyone throughout the process.She went above and beyond to accommodate us being out of state. She did drive bys and video tours, sometimes on a drop of a dime, to make sure we didnt miss out on an opportunity simply because of not being in the area.She is very knowledgeable about property information (zoning, neighborhoods, etc.), and she is well connected. Since what we were looking for changed, we needed several recommendations and she was able to help with contractors, mortgage specialists, electricians, and more.Our search took more than 6 months, but she stayed patient and positive. We never felt pressured or that we were an inconvenience (even when we bombarded her with texts!).Our experience was outstanding, and we recommend Brandy to anyone looking to buy or sell in East Texas.
