The hardest working realtor ever! I interviewed 4 realtors who had sold properties in my west Houston neighborhood. David had the most detailed assessment of the market and value. He sold the house for a good price in a reasonable amount of time (It was priced a little high and we offered a sizable repair allowance instead of lowering the price.) The house had a lot of big renovation needs too. David has a very active social media presence and followed up with all viewers. He worked really hard to close the deal and on the final negotiations as my advocate. I also hired him to find another house in a 1031 exchange. I identified a variety of candidates and he patiently viewed them all with me. We put an offer on one that was listed 1 day with several offers. He managed to convince the seller to take my offer, which I dont think was the highest price. He also helped me get some discounts for things that I wasnt expecting. I HIGHLY recommend David Smith. You will not be disappointed!

Crystal Beach. David went above and beyond to help my purchase an investment home in Crystal Beach TX. As a buyer from out of state he was knowledgeable and dedicated to finding me the perfect beach home. Took time out of his week to drive and ensure the inspection was completed and assisted with virtual tours of the home. I would highly recommend his services in the future. David is Top Notch! David is very knowledgeable and professional. He was thorough with every aspect of listing my house for sale. He listened to me and accepted my input, and completed a closing process that was somewhat difficult due to several bids and having to work with many realtors and potential buyers. David smith was my main contact during the sell of my home. He first made a personal visit to me and the home and wanted to know my wants in the sell of my home and what he realisticly thought what price we could get. He then gave me some good ideas how to get the best return on sale. Me and my wife where able to finance a new roof through his company and have it installed before the house was put on market to achieve highest return. When we recieved the selling offer all relevent contracts were sent promptly and i was reminded and guided on what i was signing. When the buyers wanted to cut the price for concessions david was able to negociate with buyers in our behalf to hold are price and saved me a sizeable amount of money.if you want a go getting agent this guy knows his stuff and will work for you as buyer or seller. Very happy with our transaction outcome.
