Best closing ever. Working with Laura Blessing was an absolute pleasure and made buying my new home in Cedar Parks Buttercup Creek neighborhood the easiest and best experience I could have hoped for. From start to finish, Lauras professionalism, knowledge, and seamless systems stood out. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, answering questions quickly and thoroughly, and her negotiation skills were top-notch—ensuring I got the best deal possible.Her assistant, Diane, was also fantastic, helping to keep everything on track and organized. Together, they made the closing process smooth and stress-free. Another bonus to working with Laura and her team is her general contractor and handyman Andre. Andre can do everything from plumbing to electrical to carpentry, he is a master of all trades. He showed up twice on a weekend to get started on hanging new blinds and also to fix a leak that was not detected prior to closing. Lauren was just a dream to work with! She always went at my pace and never made me feel pressured whatsoever. I felt incredibly cared for and safe in each interaction, not only in-person, but when I’d reach out to her via text/email. Even in my moments of jumping to conclusions or panicking (because buying a house is terrifying!) she was patient and understanding. Laura was also happy to jump in during my first walkthrough, when Lauren was out of town; she and Hailey were super attentive when helping me identify imperfections that needed to be touched up before closing. Although these ladies are very successful and have sold much more expensive homes, they presented as happy to work with me and never made me feel like I was less important than their other clients. Best Realtor. Chrystal Pardue recently helped me find my forever home and was absolutely amazing. I had actually met her 3 years ago when I was looking for an agent to sell my old home when I moved out of state and contacted her again 6 months ago when wanting to find a short term rental to move back to the Austin area while trying to find my perfect new home. As someone that browsed the housing market listings on daily basis for over a year, I didnt know if I would ever find a new home in my price range with very particular specifications of what I was wanting in the location I wanted. It didnt take Chrystal long to know my likes and dislikes, before finding, offering, negotiating, and signing a contract on new home. Definitely a realtor you want on your side of negotiations! After signing the contract, she was still there every step of the way assisting and answering any questions I had until closing on home. Even after moving in, she checked in on me to see how everything was going and still assisting as needed. Hopefully I wont need any realtor services in the foreseeable future, but I would choose Chrystal Pardue every time and will definitely recommend to any of my friends, family, and co-workers.

We had used two different realtors to sell our house a few years back, during a time when there were lots of new constructions competing with existing homes. Our experience with the second realtor was not positive at all. He did not return calls or messages in a timely fashion. I would think in real estate, not hearing back from a realtor at all or waiting days to get a simple response is not the norm. Shea͏ Is a True GemI dont think you have to be a rocket scientist to understand or appreciate how volatile the real estate market has been in recent years. When you add a hot market like Austin to that scenario, you need good guidance and someone who will be honest and still help you sell at the right price. Shea followed me through my entire home buying and selling process in Austin. When I bought in 2019, I dont think any of us could have predicted the insanity of a pandemic skyrocketing prices the way they did - it felt like living in two different worlds from when I bought and sold, and each time Shea was able to navigate the experiences and pave a clear path for execution. She not only helped me find a new lender in the beginning who saved me a ton of money, but I called her my therapist by the end of it because its such an emotional adventure buying a home in a place where everyone wants to live. When we sold the same house in the summer of 2022, we ran into all kinds of struggles and Shea was dealing with someone who really didnt know what they wanted or how to get to the other side of selling. I trust her immensely, and I always know she will do whats in my best interest. Shea and I are both in sales in different industries, but we are unique in that we dont subscribe to these archaic rules about what it means to be sales-y and make a buck. Its all about relationships and trust and traversing waters that you can rest assured will change. I cannot recommend her with anymore gusto - if I could give you 11/10 stars I would, Shea! I will close this long winded declaration by saying that because of Shea, I sold my house with an excellent profit and am now on the beach. I mean, if youre going to leave Austin, where else is there?

Boy am I glad that I reached back out to her! The entire home buying process was so easy, even though prices were spiking in the Austin area. Her contacts for our mortgage loan were also stellar. We were looking for a small home with a small price tag and she delivered! No upselling, no pushing us out of our comfort zone, she viewed houses for us on tight timelines when we couldnt make it in person, and she was really on our team when it came to writing offers and finding out what would be competitive in this market. We put in 5 offers over a few weekends, we were back-up on 3 and ended up getting our house as one of those back-up offers with instant equity when we closed early!
