I closed on a property in Wimberley, TX on May 1, 2015. My Black Dog Real Estate agent was Mike Mooney. What can I say? Mike was great! To start off, he was able to schedule all property viewings around my schedule, even scheduling some very late in the evening just to accommodate my schedule. Then there was dealing with sellers and sellers agent. He always looked out for my interests, even going as far as convincing me not to commit to some high-priced properties because of certain risks involving the ownership of those properties. Mike was very thorough in everything he did on my behalf. Every step in the purchase of my property was handled quickly and with no inconvenience. This allowed me to focus on the financing of my property, which was a completely different experience.I would highly recommend Mike to my friends and family if they were in the market for real estate in the Central Texas area. Hes an honest and dependable guy.
