We are so grateful for Beverly and her team! We were out of state buyers with very specific requirements looking for an investment property with a very narrow purchase window. Different time zones and us going on vacation in the middle of the process didnt stop her from delivering exceptional service. She was extremely proactive, communicative, honest, flexible and had our best interest at heart. She really flexed those negotiating skills and got us the most for our money - ensuring that the home was in the best condition possible before we finalized everything. From start to closing, Beverly stayed on top of things and kept us informed throughout the entire process. She did our walk through for us and even identified a few things that she recommended we ask the sellers to fix and negotiated all those repairs for us. Even after closing, we had to go back to the sellers on a few things. She remained available to us and never hesitated to be the go-between person. When I say she went above and beyond, I mean ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Things that an ordinary real estate agent would not have offered to help with, Beverly so graciously offered. 4 months after closing and she still is working one final issue we had with the house and will not let up! Which is what you want from a realtor! She wont be satisfied unless you are satisfied. She has such a good heart and you can just tell that she genuinely cares and wants the best for you. She works with such integrity and Id highly recommend her again and again!
