I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked with Betsy and to write a review for her!Betsy took the time to transparently walk me through her listing process and fees and answered every one of my endless questions. Once we locked in on a listing agreement, Betsy swiftly scheduled for a photographer to come to the house to take pictures. She recommended that I list the house sooner than I had thought through and her recommendation paid off. She found me a tenant in less than a month and structured the terms of the lease agreement to de-risk the concerns I had. She ensured that the tenants and I kept the ball rolling with the application and lease execution process. Betsy organized all communication and documentation in a straightforward and accessible manner for me. I know Betsy from our time at Chicago Booth, and I reached out to her for a second opinion when I was less than thrilled with my realtor in another state. I wish Betsy was licensed where I live! Betsy is the best real estate agent out there! If you are a first-time home buyer or are looking to buy secondary / investment property, look no further! Her analytics and knowledge of the market are unparalleled and she always provides amazing insights.
