Matt is a well rounded individual. When I reached out to him with my questions on my property even before we had anything set in stone or before I even did anything he took the time to talk to me over the phone and explain a very lot about my questions and concerns and was very straight forward in a short period of time. I have learned a lot about what he does and some good pointers for my part for latter down the road when I decide to purchase another home when my family and myself are ready.So I had my property on the market for close to a year with a different company and needless to say it was pretty much not a priority nor pushed very hard for being on the market in my personal opinion. Was really not in the loop about much and little i formation was passed on to me. After getting in contact with Matt and paper work started to get done, I believe it was about a week after starting the process he already had people interested. It was so surprising needless to say just because of the prior listing through someone else....I would, will and have recommended his business to a few people that when they are ready they can get in contact with him.
