I was in transition with housing and BCVM & Jennifer rented to me month to month. It was an exceptional experience leasing one of their properties. Move in was clean and easy with zero issues. I had three small problems while I was there which I thought for sure would take a few days to resolve. Jennifer either had someone there the next day or showed up to understand and remedy the problems herself. I didn’t even get that kind of service in an apartment. If I ever found myself in a transitional state again I wouldn’t hesitate to lease from BCVM or Jennifer again. I also would have no qualms recommending them to my friends, family and associates. I can’t thank her enough for helping me and making a sudden life-change so much easier.

We rented from them for almost 4 years, every time we needed something fix or help with something related to the appartment we got the job done quickly or the help needed and that made the situation easy going. The only reason we moved was that my new job is to far away from the place we were renting from them.
