Val was amazing at helping us with find our home. We were doing a spec home and she made sure they did all of the paperwork correctly and put in everything we paid for and agreed upon. I cant say enough good things about Val! I was reluctant to list my home but was open to hearing from the many realtors in the area who wanted my listing.
