It’s hard to put into words how exceptional of a realtor Ashly is. She is always one step ahead in the process and communicates everything thoroughly and clearly. From beginning to end, she was perfect throughout the process of buying a home. She made sure to calculate comps in the area to determine a fair price. While under contract, her talent really comes out during the negotiating process. She was able to help negotiate a price that was fair to both parties. Once the option period ended, she sent out a very detailed email describing the whole process and providing trusted vendors for repairs. My fiancée and I have been blown away throughout the whole process by Ashly’s knowledge and talent. Ashly is the second realtor I’ve used and the difference between her and the first is massive. I will continue to use Ashly in the future and will recommend her to anyone I know. If you don’t use her, I can confidently say you’re missing out.

Ashly was nothing short of AMAZING. She has a background in engineering, and it absolutely shows. Extremely close attention to detail and has the perseverance to get the job done. She is extremely timely, great at making sure everyone is on the same page, and follow up is unparalleled. My wife and I ended up with a new build, so Ashly was stuck with us throughout the entire process for a total of about 5 months, and even before then when we were looking at older homes for at least 5 months prior. She was patient with us, and walked us through every step of the way. As an Insurance Agent by profession, I work with a lot of REALTORs, but I can honestly say that Ashlys level of customer service deserves more than 5 out of 5 stars. Will definitely continue to use Ashly for any future transactions, as well as refer her to everyone that I know!

After we found a place which was during the first round of house reviews she guided me through the process of everything i needed to do to close on my house in a timely manner. Three significant differentiators with Ashly: 1) Incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. Ashly knows what needs to be done every step along the process, anticipates issues, and stays consistently engaged to not only ensure your items are being progressed/actioned - but ensures the counterparty is following through on the necessary items. 2) Has built a capable team and network around her to ensure you have turn-key support for anything that can come your way (inspection, repairs, financing, photography, etc). 3) Creative and resourceful at resolving issues. The time from offer to closing is a stressful one, with many opportunities for the deal to fall apart. When/if issues arise, Ashly utilizes her network and exhausts all options possible to find a beneficial solution.
