Angela helped us find our forever home! It was a bit of a complicated transaction because we found the home first, put an offer in with other multiple offers and the sellers accepted our contingent offer. After a few open houses and showings and Angelas hard work, we finally received an offer a few days before our offer for the home we were purchasing was going to expire. She kept me calm and informed every step of the way. She works hard for her clients to make their dreams come true and she did exactly that with us! Were so grateful and thankful to her!

In fall 2021, we made the decision to relocate from Texas to California for a great job opportunity. This was an exciting but also stressful period of our lives. We were excited about the new adventures and the opportunities but stressed because wed have to sell our house and purchase a new one in a relatively short time. The purchase of the new house in CA was contingent to selling our house in Fort Worth, TX. Our realtors office in CA referred us to Angela as an outstanding realtor. They were absolutely right! We interviewed her and within the first minutes of our interaction we knew she was the right person for us. Angela came to our meeting extensively organized, having done her homework about the neighborhood market, asked excellent questions to find out our expectations and needs, and answered all our questions and concerns directly and with honesty. We never thought wed be ready to sell and buy in such a short time. She developed a strategy and drove the entire process to success. Angela and her photographer took professional pictures of the house on a Tuesday morning, posted the house description on Thursday morning, she held an open house on Saturday, and we had 3 offers above asking price on Tuesday night!!! Angela uses social media and advertisement very effectively and this was instrumental for the quick sale of our beautiful home. During the negotiation phase, Angela presented us with the facts and a detailed analysis, but never pushed us towards a specific decision. Angela cared not only about the sale of our house but also about the purchase of our new home and she was checking on us frequently, to make sure we are doing well. Two months after closing, and Angela still checks on us to see how we are adapting in the new state/town/home/jobs. Just before we left Fort Worth, we received a thoughtful gift from Angela thanking us for working with her. I found myself ready to rent/lease out my townhome in mid 2020 and hired Angela Arquilla to act as my Leasing Agent to find prospective renters. Not only did she find a family to move in but they pay on the 1st of the month, every month, without fail. I couldnt have found a better, more reliable, renter without Angelas help. Would use her again if it becomes necessary, or hire her to sell my property if I decide to do so.
