Andree is absolutely amazing in every possible way as a realtor. She checks every box! During walkthroughs she would point out things we might have otherwise missed, she stayed on top of tasks even if it meant working during later hours of the night, and she made sure we found the house that was the perfect match. We had a quick deadline to find a house and move into it and Andree really put in the leg work to make sure to accommodate us every step of the way.

When life for my dad and I took a sort of unexpected turn a couple of months ago, we decided that we needed to move away from our home of nearly 30 years and into the city of Houston. We were unfamiliar with the area, and didnt even begin to know where to turn in trying to purchase a new home in an insanely busy and pandemic-thwarted housing market.It was by sheer chance that we came across Andree, and we couldnt have been prepared for how amazing she was going to be throughout the entire process. After our first conference call together with the three of us, all in different Texas cities, my dad and I felt a sense of relief wash over us--we knew we were in good hands with Andree in our corner. We were stunned at her sense of urgency and attention to detail in the days and short weeks that followed. There wasnt single moment she wasnt available 24/7 by phone or text to answer any question we had. Its also important to note that any time we had a question, Andree knew the answer and provided us with every document, resource, and piece of information we needed along the way. She left no stone unturned, and was exceptionally communicative with us during the entire process. She also moved around her busy work and personal schedule to accommodate us, went above and beyond at every turn, and made us feel like we were her only clients. She treated us with so much warmth and kindness, and got to know us personally. My Dad and I wondered out loud very often about how lucky her other clients are to also receive such outstanding treatment from this truly remarkable and exceptional real estate professional.I dont know anyone else except Andree who would make her clients feel so relaxed and at ease with something as busy and lengthy as purchasing a home. This was evident every step of the way--from the Saturday she took out of her weekend to show us 9 homes around the city of Houston, to the day of closing when she recommended the best place for lunch and was kind enough to join us in celebrating! :) While we surely wont anticipate moving again, it goes without saying that if we did, you can bet we wouldnt hesitate for a second to call Andree. Andree was a God send! I literally believe that. We were not in the market for a new home when my husband met her so when we were being forced out of our rental home, we contacted her and she is what every real estate agent should be-- an excellent communicator, negotiator, always speedy to reply to any questions, thorough in all aspects of the home buying experience from knowledge about flood zones, ac units, pipes, electrical stuff, roofs, etc. etc. to all the ins and outs of all the paperwork and financing along the way. This was our first time home purchase so i feel like we were extra needy but she never made us feel that way. If there was something we asked that she didnt know the answer to, she quickly contacted someone who could help. Shes also super personable and i believe your agent should feel like a friend-- theyre helping you in the largest purchase of your life! 1000% recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the North Houston area.

5 stars are just not enough! Andree is so amazing. She is knowledgable? on top of it, friendly and truly cares. We met her ny chance in 2007 and she found us the perfect house at the time. Since then she has found us 2 other homes we purchased and helped us sell 2 homes. Both of those houses sold on day 1 and day 4. The one that sold on day one had 3 offers on day one and we got over asking price. The other house sold for asking price. She is currently in the process of helping us find another home. If you are looking for a realtor you will not be disappointed with Andree and you might make a lifelong friend!!
